From the initial contact to the final communications with Lifetime Moving & Storage, we had nothing but great service! ***** was extremely responsive to every communication we sent. The moving team worked efficiently and professionally! And, the biggest and most pleasant surprise was that the final cost was below the quoted price! I have had some very negative experiences with moving companies in the past - but not this time. When the need arises again for us, we will be contacting Lifetime Moving & Storage to do the job! I recently moved from ******* to ****** and happened to use Lifetime movers as the company I went In contract with sold it to Lifetime movers. They delivered on time but with missing and damage Items. 3-4 Furniture Items are damaged completely which cannot be repaired. Most importantly i lost one Big suitcase which has important documented and valuable ancestral items. Once Driver delivered all the Items we told that one of the bag missing and he took the feedback as well. They tagged all items with Item number and later we realized the Item number and did contact to ********************************* ***************** team just ignored my request and asked me to contact claim department as file is not with us. when i called ***************** they are simply said that few items may lost in transit. They came back and said unable to trace the bag. How come with Suitcase just miss. How come so irresponsible. I dont want same to happen to others. My recommendation is Please please don't opt Life time *********************************************** never ever.

Hello *******-First, we would like to apologize that your move was not perfect. We understand the stress around moving and we strive to have each and every move completed with extreme care and accuracy. After looking through all of your delivery paperwork, our records indicate that there were a couple of furniture items with minor damage in the delivery - our carrier did send us three pictures of the minor damage. Our claims department has been working with you on this to resolve the matter. As far as the missing item that were lost in transit, our delivery records show that all inventory sheets were signed off on, line by line, with your initials saying you received all of the items. We have this system in place so that when situations like this arise, there is no question as to what happened with all items moved and can address any missing items at the time of delivery. During conversations with all of your moving consultants, we stressed the importance in checking all items at pick up as well as at delivery. If you would like a copy of the inventory sheets for your records, we will happily send them your way. At this stage, we can continue to assist you with the damaged furniture through our claims department to move forward with closing out this shipment. Sincerely, The Lifetime Moving & Storage Team

******************** picked up our belongings this morning for a move from ******* to *******. Everything was perfect. ***** called an hour before their arrival and they were there right on time. They explained everything they were doing: items were wrapped appropriately and each item and box was tagged. Everything was treated with care and packed carefully. Paperwork was clearly explained. ******************** were totally professional and friendly as well. They have my highest recommendation! I should also mention that the move was coordinated by *****, whom I spoke with a number of times to help me figure out this move. She, also was excellent!This move started on Saturday, May 6. On Tuesday, May 9 the long distance driver, *************************** called to say our delivery would be the next day, Wednesday, May 10th. He was as good as his word. Our belongings were delivered and unloaded at our place in *******, just as promised. Five days, across the country is amazing! I am very impressed with *****, *****, *** and ****** and their entire operation. Lifetime Moving has earned my highest recommendation!

I recently moved from ******* to ****** and happened to use Lifetime movers as the company I went In contract with sold it to Lifetime movers. The crew that packed on the day of my move was awesome and very professional guys, but the driver who delivered was very rude and unprofessional, whos left the work in the middle and left the thrash all over the home. He couldnt even assemble any ******************. We reached out to Lifetime movers and their response was to get back to me in 3 to 5 business days where I needed them yesterday with all my heavy furniture left everywhere un assembled, but I havent received any response from them. I will not recommend Lifetime movers not because of the delivery guy, but for the management who has no intention of resolving the issue and dont even have a courtesy to check with the customer for the issue raised..

I recently had occasion to move and was fortunate to get lifetime movers for the job. ******* ****** and **** arrived when they said. They were courteous but efficient. The estimate given me for time was actually longer than they took. They were careful to avoid damage to any furniture. I can recommend Lifetime and especially this crew for any moving jobs you might have.
