This place sucks!!! They are scammers. They charge you for units you didn't even win and they suspend your account and everyone else that lives at your address . I told them I'm not paying for something I didn't win . The person who got the unit should have covered that.. they was trying to get paid twice!!! And they have people bidding for them. Ghost bidders!!! As I can tell they have a lot of bad reviews. And they are all true . They have some good facilities they bid for so I can't say anything bad about the facilities just this company they got doing the bidding . Maybe one day they will all switch to lockerfox or storage auctions.. they are alot better to deal with . .I wouldn't even leave them one star if I didn't have to .Review from Lisa DeBow D

I called Storage Treasures due a declined card due to avs or a address error. I tried to resolve it through storage treasures site for over 30 minutes but I needed help. A rep for storage treasures told me "no, I can't help you because you aren't a PRO bidder. I have been a customer over 8 years! This is not good business. You were attempting to charge me $80.00 in a buyer fee but refuse to help me on the phone and that is poor service. I won't be using your site in future.

Because I was evicted from CubeSmart - a self storage facility located in ************* - because I was on the premises after hours - my belongings were transfered to this auctioneer for sale on-line Because I owed no money to CubeSmart and also because I am a senior citizen who is physically disabled and poverty stricken as well I promptly notified this business and requested a cancelation of the auction I also advised that I was suffering an infection as well and was being hospitalized at that time Since then I have been lied to by Storage Treasures and CubeSmart as both are claiming they do not know the whereabouts of my belongings which I believe were transfered to Pennnsylvania No one at Storage Treasures is adequately answering my desperate inquiries and I am left wandering about on an expensive frustrating "treasure ****" for my possessions and the happy memories they represent The e-mails which are directed to me are incoherent and fraudalentReview from Adam P

This site is a scam, once I realized I was bidding against an AI who just instantly would out bid me within a seconds time and says someone has bid higher than you, bid again... F$&@ ALL THAT!!! I'm deleting my account now... Good luck y'all.Review from Michael C

My WIFE AND I BOUGHT A UNIT FOR 5K IT HAD ALL THESE AMAZING BOXES FROM ALL THESE MAJOR RETAILERS AND WHEN WE OPENED THEM THEY WERE ALL EMPTY! THEN WE FOUND A FRESH BAG OF GRAPEFRUIT IN THERE! YEP FRESH NO MORE THEN A WEEK OLD! HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE IT WAS A LIEN LOCKER NOT A MANAGER UNIT! IT TAKES 3 MONTHS TO GO TO AUCTION! WHEN WE WENT BACK TO THE OFFICE AT PUBLIC STORAGE ALSO HUGE CROOKS! THEY HAD LOCKED THE OFFICE AT 9:30 AM AND WOULDN'T LET US IN! WE CALLED STORAGE TREASURES AND THEY DID NOTHING OF COURSE! They dont take good pictures of what they are selling, they cover the trash with only one good item they collect what ever trash they have left and place it in one unit and they sale it, I dont think thats fair,my account was blocked because I refuse to take the trash with me plus they kept my $100.00 deposit plus $45.00 for the unit total of $145.00??Review from Brett H

Just awful. I won an auction only to have it taken away with my rights revoked to bid because a rude employee treated me so bad I had to file a complaint. Then the employee retaliated and got me banned. This is criminal. I will call the bbbReview from Jeanne D

Dont ever expect a refund when it falls on them. You can never get a human on the phone nor talk with anyone. One of the most incompetent storage auctions I have dealt with. Choose anyone else except these guys. They wouldnt get any stars if up to me. I was denied access to a locker I won by the facility and they said its my fault. Well you cant clean a locker without a key. Good luck with getting a response back either in timely manner. They took my money and refused me access to locker. Its not supposed to work that way. After trying to contact the folks at Storage Treasures LLC for a few days I finally finally found out why my account was suspended. Since the company refuses to have anyone answer the phones they did not get the message that I contacted the storage unti company that I won my unit from and was granted an extension to pick my locker up. I have had my account suspended for a week now with no answer. I told them just to cancel my account. I would recommend that people use a different company. I want to apologize for the poor experience you received with our customer service team regarding the auction you purchased from Storage King **** Your account was suspended because the facility requested a backup bidder case for this auction. Anytime a backup bidder case is initiated, the auction buyer's account is automatically suspended. When you advised our customer service team that you already cleaned out that unit, we attempted to contact the facility manager via phone and email but unfortunately did not receive a response. However, I was able to connect with the facility manager via phone today who confirmed you cleaned out the unit and spoke very highly of you as an auction buyer. I see that you have decided to continue bidding on StorageTreasures.com which we are very appreciative for! Shady business practice, I won a storage auction thru this company for 10 dollars super good deal right? Mind you this is my third time going thru this process. I call to make payment they keep telling me my cards aren't going thru I try debit car my Apple credit card nothing. So at time of winning auction you have two days to clear unit or lose it. So this company storage treasures stalls me for two entire days. I finally decide to use my wife's card and it magically goes thru with service representative helping. She says you'll get a confirmation soon of payment not only did I get one I received a link stating that my account has been banned on their website. And my unit has been sent to back up bidder. My conclusion is someone or something was upset that I either won that storage unit for 10 bucks or wanted to keep the items for themselves. I don't know but there is no other explanation I have all the invoices times calls to back up my claim. This company is shady and would not reccomend plenty of other competitors out there to try and use instead of storage treasures. And it's not about the money that's a whopper meal at burger king it's about the principle. How you treat a paying customer and basically ******* him from the product he paid for.
