I can't tell you how upset I am that I had to hire a second moving company at $500.00 which you will see $347.50 plus $139.00 for trip fee.
The interesting part of this is they brought over 100 boxes from the same storage and finished picking them up and arrived right on time not four hours late. drove the same distance unloaded and finished in 3 1/2 hours.
First off I did not agree to the charge they pulled out of the air. It should not have taken 9 hours for them to stop at my apartment and load. My bed, two night stands, TV stand and boxes. They had to unscrew my bed and load it as and take my TV off the wall. They did not box up my TV I asked for they wrapped them in blankets.
There was no sofa, coffee table, or dining room set. I had all of my other belongings already in storage all they had to do was load it. But we had no time because they were so late. I paid $40.00 to watch my dogs and had to stop and pick them up early to give her insulin. The entire thing was a fiasco on a scale I cannot tell you.
I had no idea it would take till 9:45pm to finish I was ready to go to a motel.
I will pay them what it should have taken which is 41/2 hours @$125.00 an hour. I received no contract. They cannot pull a number out of the air and show up late. I asked them to not get a huge truck they did anyhow because he told me they had other moves to do.
So $125.00 @ 4 1/2 hours is $567.50. NO TIP. This is one hour longer than the other movers for taking apart my bed and setting it up. And putting my TV together.
They damaged my wall putting the TV up which I will have to pay for. Plus I already paid almost $500.00 to other mover..

Business is scamming individuals out of money. Asking for deposit via zelle so there is no consumer recourse. Business failed to show for contracted work, kept my deposit and berated me through text. Then threatened to charge me for services not rendered after failing to show up for work.
