I had an issue with refilling my medication. They are very rude in the front office when checking out. ************* was not man enough to tell me he was going to discharge me because I left a frustrated voicemail about refilling me RX, after 8 emails to his office and several calls to the pharmacy I called and left a frustrated voicemail, stating how long are we going to ignore me not getting my meds. ************* blamed it on the Pharmacy and took no responsibility from his incompetent front staff. ************* is Bias. No wonder why the office has a high turnover, every time I go there is a new staff member Something doesn't seem right about this office.************* was scolding me for the voicemail I left 5 months ago. My Guess is that someone from his office exaggerated my voicemail, and he wouldn't let the subject go today. I explained it was difficult getting refills and prior authorizations from his office processed. ************** kept verbally attacking me. I wonder if he would have spoken to me that way if my husband was present. I bet he wouldn't. I fell bullied by ************* his entire office.************* is a soft-spoken man but raising his voice at me for being an advocate for myself. He was AWFUL today, I left his office in tears, and I no longer have anything nice to say about Dr ************ and Foothills Neurology.************* does NOT know how to handle an ** patient, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt for almost 5 years, and ************* proved it today that he can't handle and an ** patient. So disappointing, I would not recommend Foothills Neurology.They are snobby too, must be the area. Get your care elsewhere you will be better off. Go here if you don't like to have voice for yourself and get bullied by a man. Not a good bedside manner today by *************, he bullied a woman today and no one else was present in the room.I was looking for a new ** *********** anyhow.Initial Complaint

I had an incident with a doctor at this practice where he was unprofessional and rude towards me. Causing me emotional distress, and challenging other doctors I had seen about my condition and wanting to challenge their credentials. I had asked the practice to let me make an appointment with a different doctor at the practice which they initially did. I did some required blood work with a different doctor at the practice. Following the blood test I received several messages from the practic saying some of the results were positive for concerning health conditions that needed to be discussed. They then rescheduled my appointment with ************** the doctor I had an incident with. Since then they have refused to allow me to make an appointment to go over those results with any other doctor at the practice other than him. I call the practice every day to get an appointment and sort things out, and every day I'm told I'll get a phone call follow up and I don't get a follow up. The results of the blood work is very concerning and it feels like they're holding my test results hostage unless I agree to meet with a doctor who made me cry, and insinuated that I was faking my symptoms and diagnosis.
