    I ordered parts from Nitro *********** on May 23rd Received the parts on May 31st Discovered the parts I received were not correct on June 5th So I went back to the order confirmation email sent to me by them and tried doing a return. Their supplied web sight would not allow me to up load pictures there for was not able to complete return from the Their email I tried multiple over the next few days also trying Their help support phone# they provide on the same email With no response or call back Finally on June ******************************************************** back to the email for returns I explained again The website will no allow me to up load pictures there for it locks up at that point She then emailed me the same info there website has and it still did not work Ater calling her back for several hours I was finally to contact her again She sent me a email address to contact returns directly They responded back and after a few questions agreed the parts were not correct for my application and stated that they would contact customer service I would be returning the parts. But they never gave me a reference nor and RMA # So I continued trying to contact them thru email and phone with no response or return call After several days I received an email from customer service Say my issue had been resolved I responded it was not and I never received an RMA return # nor return shipping info The next day I received an apology email with the numbers and return shipping label and stated I would be issed a refund as soon as they receive the parts So I sent the parts back with their instructions to put The **** on 2 sides of the box They received the parts back on June 22nd I waited about ************************************************************************************************************* an email stating my issue was resolved I responded no it is not I never got a refund. Still no refund and they won't answer emails I have approx 24 emails and back up
