Spent $200 bucks on a part. Get sent half the order from them, the other half from amazon since they were low stock. The amazon part is branded in gigantic ugly brand so I choose not to use it. But even if I could use it, I can't install it because its not the correct angle.Contact them, wait a week to hear a response, nothing. Finally get ahold of someone who I described the issue to, asks for a picture. So I'm supposed to go open my cooling system again, try install a junk part that wont install all to get a picture to show him that the **** hose is the wrong angle and kinks. I wasted money and learned a ****** by buying anything through these clowns. **************** is horrible, the owner or who the person that emailed me claimed to be, is a joke. Save your money. Cuz if you give it to them, youll get low quality c*** that has QC issues.

I recently had a customer come to me wanting a turbo kit for his Pontiac Solstice and I did some research to see who makes a kit and specializes in these cars. I ran across RPM-Motorsports and they seemed like a good place to go. But apparently I should have done more thorough research. I had the customer purchase the parts to save him a few bucks from us doing our regular markup on parts. The parts arrived over a month later which is ok due to the shortages so I wasn't too concerned about the time. When I opened the packages the packing was poor and packing peanuts lodged in the turbo. Send it in a **** box. instructions had to be provided by email and were sort of hit and miss. The intercooler had aluminum shavings inside and I spent 2 hours washing them out. the cold air intake fits poorly and hits the radiator hose. The intercooler pipes don't fit. I had to cut 2 inches off one end and the angle of the other side doesn't fit straight with the intercooler. The downpipe with the catalytic converter fit so poorly that it the downpipe hade to be caved in in 2 spots just to get it to fit around the heater core coolant line and frame. ****** doesn't even sit straight to the exhaust mid pipe. I refuse to load the tune they sent because if its anything like the turbo kit then I could foresee failure. I explained my issues 1 week ago and nothing. I expressed my concerns 2 days ago with a video and pictures and still nothing. You don't leave a customer hanging when you see all the stuff you fabricate doesn't fit. The only things that fit were the ** factory parts. Unfortunately the least I can do is a 1 star review. If there were a no star then that's what they would get. This isn't how you do business..... The customers are the ones that keep your company afloat. Don't take advantage of them by taking their money and leaving them with a poor product!
