just bought my new 2024 Ridgeline today after giving my 2006 Ridgeline to a niece. Both times, Bell Honda treated me with respect and courtesy and gave me a GREAT deal! I am especially grateful to **************** the General manager, *********************, my sales consultant and *********************** who took care of the paperwork. The whole buying process was totally painless, efficient and these three are true professionals! I can't recommend Bell Honda highly enough and the three reasons I came back to buy my second Ridgeline: 1) the 2006 is still running like a champ 2) their service took great care of me and my old Ridgeline over the past 18-years and 3) the sales department is still awesome to work with!Review from Gerald F

I had a really bad experience at Bell Honda, I brought my car in for regular service and they said everything was okay and they would start. Then I get a call 2hrs later saying the problem was actually really bad and it would cost 4000$ to replace it so I should just get a new car. My service advisor set up an appointment with ****** at 4pm. When I arrived ****** was not available so they assigned me to a different sales person who was named ****** even though I said I would wait for ******. I went to look at cars, I stated at the very start I would not be buying a car and they still kept bothering me. When I tried to leave they would not let me go see my car at the service center. First the sales guy said he'd get me a better deal, then he brought another rep to say this was a good deal. I kept saying no and they finally brought the manager out as I was trying to leave. The manager literally got in my way of leaving and questioned me where I was going. I tried to go around him and he stopped me saying that the repairs would now be 6000$ so let's just work something out. I already had the service invoice at this time so I knew it was a lie and he was just trying to scare me into buying a car. I let him know I was going to speak to my service advisor and that I was leaving. I ended up bringing my car to another Honda dealership who happily fixed my car for 250$. They even said that Bell Honda messed up the repair and should have taken ownership or advise me they didn't have the expertise to fix it rather than try to force a new car on me.Overall, I'm very disappointed I used to be a loyal customer. I bought my first car at ******************** but I cannot in good conscience recommend this dealership to anyone until they address how they treat their repeat customers. I sent an email detailing my experience to them and I never got a response either. If you must buy your car here I can only recommend ****** he will do his best to make sure you are not screwed over.Review from Rick F

My recent interaction with Bell Honda left a bitter taste, unveiling a practice that disappointingly falls under the banner of bait-and-switch advertising. Initially drawn in by enticing online offers for used vehicles, my experience took an unfortunate turn when I discovered that the cars promoted were unavailable upon inquiry.Despite the acknowledgment of the issue by the General Sales Manager and assurances of corrective action from the Internet Sales Manager, the problem persisted. I was continuously approached with offers for test drives and unavailable vehicles, perpetuating the frustrating cycle of false advertising. This behavior not only violates basic consumer trust but also contradicts recent regulations like the FTC's CARS Rule which is to be implemented in July to combat such deceptive tactics in the automotive industry. The promise of unrealistically low prices on vehicles that aren't even available appears to be a deliberate strategy to lure potential buyers, only to divert their attention to other offerings upon arrival.Such practices undermine confidence in dealership integrity and disregard the principles of fair and transparent transactions. With the looming implementation of regulations to curb such misleading tactics, it's disheartening to witness a dealership like Bell Honda failing to rectify these issues promptly. As a consumer seeking honesty and integrity in automotive transactions, Bell Honda's persistent engagement in bait-and-switch tactics raises serious concerns. Prospective buyers should proceed cautiously when considering dealings with Bell Honda, especially with the recent regulatory changes aimed at curbing such misleading practices.Bell Honda Response

We emailed the customer expressing how sorry we are for their bad experience here at Bell Honda. We also explained that it wasnt our intention to do any bait and switch tactics, we simply told the customer that the car they came in to see had a stop sale and couldnt be sold. We offered the customer few other options and showed them similar vehicles in the same category and price range. The customer was not interested in anything else. The customer left the dealership happy and asked us to call them when the recall is done. As of today, the car in question is still on stop sale and no ETA for the replacement part/tool has been given by Honda. I, ***********************, the General Sales Manager at Bell Honda left my email address an my cell phone number in the email for the customer to reach out if they any question.Review from Eli H

I originally took my car in to get transmission fluid and motor Mount changed, but it b turned into much more. First they broke bolt off and didnt have them till to fix it so I had to wait and go back and I had to drive with only one bolt in my motor Mount. Then I noticed that my splash guard was hanging down. So I looked under the car and they had not even put it b as close on. So called and they fixed it. Then my motor was vibrating so looked under the hood and saw that they forgot another piece. Had to go back again. Also saw that they had put the bolts into the wrong holes told them two different times that they had put them in the wrong holes and needed to fix it. So been driving for about two weeks still calling them waiting on them to call me back with no luck Ive called and left multiple messages and have got nothing back from them. So now the bolts that they put in my motor Mount were in the wrong holes they stripped them out and my motor just bounces around because cant tighten the bolts tried to fix it myself but they stripped them so bad that they wont go into their right holes anymoreReview from David Y

I took my 2019 Honda civic to the servicing department because the cars Honda has terrible sun damage. The vehicle is 4 years old and *********** during the day and night. I spoke with ****** who said he was the manage over at servicing. He first tried telling me some chemical spilled on out which you can tell it clearly wasnt. Then we opened the hood and he said it was an aftermarket hood because he couldnt find the vin number, although the Honda stick was right in front if his face. I asked him to pop open another Hondas hood and it was exactly the same as mine. Theirs no way a 4 year hold vehicle should be getting any sun damage for at least another 5 years being *********** constantly. The only conclusion I can come up with is that its a defaulted paint job, which I read is very common with Honda civics.Review from Tyra L

If I could give them zero stars I would. I bought a 2017 dodge journey from them 6 months ago and it's been nothing but problems. I've tried to get my car serviced for a month and have been given the runaround. I've called and left messages but no one ever calls me back. I took my car to a different mechanic and found out the alternator is melted and the battery and all the cables are fried. I drive the car less than 2 miles a day and it runs terrible. How could anything be fried? They do terrible business. Never buy a car from them.Review from Rob G

I bought a 2023 Honda Accord One week later I received the customer sale satisfaction survey in my email I gave them zero out of 10 stars. 15 minutes later, the dealership called me and demanded I return the car.Bell Honda Response

Bell Honda requested that the customer return the vehicle due to the inability to find a bank that would approve the customer's loan. The feedback on the survey had zero effect on the banks decision. The bank's decision was based on the following:Due to the damage on the vehicle he was trying to trade into us versus what he owed on the car, it caused $9,606.14 in negative equity. Our finance company was only willing to lend $40,847 versus his contracted amount of $45,161. At no point did he offer $4,314 more cash down, nor could we discount it $4,314 further to accommodate the banks approval.Review from Carol W

I am in the market for a new car however I wont be buying a new car from Bell Honda. The general sales manager (***********************) is adamant that the dealer adds ons will be added to the car no matter what. His words to me, This isnt Burger King, and you cant have it your way. These add ons are nothing more than a way to increase the dealer profit margin. I get that but when a customer doesnt want window tint and the other stuff they want to put on the car then they should listen to the customer. Its clear they dont care what the customer wants. Ill be buying my new car at a dealership that doesnt take that attitude.Review from Steph E

They sold us an lemon car back in 2019 and they refused to do anything about it. The customer service was horrible and they wouldn't respond to any of our calls. Our car ended being in the dealership mechanic longer than we had the car.
