I sent a screenshot of a vehicle to a gentleman named ***** who i was referred to. i wasn't able to put it into a full context as the day got away from me. I then receive a message from this gentleman and i quote "what the f*** type of human are you" "your generation is a bunch of disrespectful bitches". I currently have the screen shot, of his random message. I feel the message was degrading, very disrespectful, and shameful.BMW North Scottsdale Response

We have reviewed the circumstances, and the General Manager has sat with ***** in person to discuss the matter. After discussion we have come to a place of understanding and concluded that we are on common ground and have mended any disconnects from the above-mentioned review. ***** and the General Manager are working closely with ***** on a vehicle purchase and as of now we are in a place of understanding and mutual respect.Review from Sanjay B

If there were a zero-star option, I would have given zero, but unfortunately, one is the minimum. I have bought many cars, and my buying experience at BMW North Scottsdale has been the WORST. They showed me a vehicle with a Heads-Up display. I negotiated and made the payment. And you know what vehicle I was delivered? One that DID NOT HAVE A HEADS-UP DISPLAY! I went back the very next day after finding there was no heads-up display. The guy accepted the mistake but failed to provide an acceptable solution.BMW North Scottsdale Response

The people I worked with were not profession and very condescending. My mistake was thinking I would get good service because of who they are and their location. I found a car on Carfax that was on their lot along with my own pre-approval from my own credit union. I was told I needed to put down $5,000 and or a co-signer before the paperwork was started. For a 2022 Spark I responded to that with a NO. Once the paper work was completed I was told I could not drive the car home. Two hours later I got a call from the finance person telling me he found a better rate and the car will be delivered to me. The car was delivered to me with damage on it be by the sales representative and another driver who wanted to come into my home to use the bathroom. I told him NO. I called the finance person but never received a call back. After 4 weeks of waiting for the paper work on the car because I did not know who the lend holder was I called the dealership but got passed around several times. Once I got back to the person I spoke to the first time I was informed a car payment was do that day, so I made the payment. During the fiasco I found out the application was still on hold for a month. Today, I got a letter saying the payment was made on my behalf by the dealership and I need to reimbursement they. This is not a good place to do business.Review from carlos S

Totally unprofessional service by the *** After agreeing on a price and the exact vehicle, he sold it to someone else two hours later while I was in route to the dealership. I get it that they don't "hold" cars but why agree on the price and make me drive all the way to the dealership with my wife only to find out that he had sold it to someone else before I got there. I am sure at a better price too.. Totally disappointed. I had to cancel business meetings just to make it on time to buy the vehicle. After I left the dealership, the ** t called me on my phone on my way back to offer me a different vehicle and when I said I wasn't interested due to the way I was treated he hung up on me. I had bought a car from *** Scottsdale before but certainly never again. This reflects negatively in the *** brand. You don't expect this kind of service from a brand like ***.C.Review from Bill B

**** unfortunately after supporting the brand since ****, 10 cars, has turned in to a most unethical manufacturer. I have an X5 that at <14,000 miles showed what has been identified by ********** certified collision shop as solvent popping, 100% created by the manufacturer by not letting the solvents of the under laying paints properly cure before sealing with the clear coat. There is absolutely nothing anyone could do to create these defects under the clear coat, which is smooth, shiny and 100% intact. There are what appear as appx 100 tinny sand marks in the paint, under the clear. The issue was explained to me as being created at the paint application process, in some cases will not show up for a few years after new car inspection. The hood and top need to be sanded down and painted properly. *** refuses to add any customer assistance, $4666 repair. Now I understand issues happen out of our control, its the quality of the company you do business with as to how these issues are handled, *** is showing their colors. To have a company the status of *** dish out such decisions is unethical and in my opinion foolish business practices. The *** ******* zone manager refused assistance without any contact or inspection, nice job! Now I am forced to repair on my own.Review from Rebecca B

I bought a 2021 Dodge Durango on 02/12/2022 when I signed the contract he added gap and warranty and before I drove off he told me the loan rejected the adding anymore he told me that I could add the gap and warranty at a later date as I was going to walk away from the deal completely because I did not want to buy a car without gap . I called today to speak with him to speak with ******* in finance( dont let his fancy accent **** you into a false sense of security) and he told me he never said he could add it that he would never say that I would have walked away and drove back to **********. If that was the case they tell you what you want to hear . Total bs I told him that he just told me what I wanted to hear and he hung up the phone on me absolutely unprofessional.
