      I was lied to about how my monthly payment was going to be reduced after four months of the first payments. My payments now are $628 from $265. I came into Nissan to find out the guy who said he would get my payment back down to $265 has been fired because he lied to customers. If I would have known he was lying about getting my payments down after four months I would have turned my car in at the end of the lease and walked away. Now I'm stuck with a car payment at that I can't afford. I wonder how I could've been approved for that car loan when I can't even get a $300 credit card. I want someone to call me so I can give more details about how your employee lied to me and now I'm a victim of your employee. I'll contact the news station about how badly I've been treated.       I bought a Kia ***** in November I noticed the tire treading and advised the dealer the tires needed to be replaced. He said he would put new tires on the vehicle so obviously it did not got through inspection when deal went through he advised he replaced them so not even a couple weeks later I get a flat tire and also had to replace the other tire and had to get a new battery also a oil change I just bought so before getting all this done I tried reaching out multiple times and no one would respond because of the problems I was having to already fork out money for the vehicle I just bought ended up having to buy and pay for something that should have been done if it went through inspection .This car is a car that is easy to steel did not know that until no one willing to insure it because of that reason. 9 months later tried trading it in to the same dealer I was approved for another car but they dont want my trade in. Unless this is resolved I will not recommend this car dealership ever. I would like the general manager to respond with a resolution . All I want is another car because this car hasnt been good put more money just to try to keep it drivable. I brought it to their attention since the get go ! I feel like they didnt take me serious because Im a Hispanic single female. Felt uneasy because the salesman was making comments and asked if I wanted to go out for drinks , not professional at all !

      I never received this kind of rude response and don't care attitude from any of my other cars, so far I owned ****** Toyato and unfortunately I chosen Nissan for EV.. The car was good for last 4 years and recently it started showing battery issues. When I took it to this ************ round they said they updated software and that should take care of the problem, and still did not solve it. So went again and they took a day to respond saying they cannot do anything until the problem get worst, so that mean they wont solve the problem even though they knew there is a problem and asking the customer to wait until they stuck in middle of somewhere and getting into more trouble before they start fixing the issues..Even though I provided the video recordings of the problem, they say they need a better video :(, the video I provided them clearly say there is some problem.. Still stuck with them not sure how to take this further. Looking for the options.. Reached out to service center manager no response yet..

      Here is another one star review, that expresses Midway Nissan isnt even a once star establishment. Smooth talking and friendly, then shady business practices and a lack of responsibility. We agreed to 10K down with a certain monthly payment. Never were given copies of the contract. Turns out they took 15K from our account, and said we agreed to it. No we didnt. Our original deal was 5K down with the possibility of another 5K once the car came in. HOW 5+5 = 15, I ll never know. I demanded my 5K back, and they said no, we have you on record saying another 5. They probably do - but 5+5 still equals 10. I said it was a huge miscommunication, and they said no it is my fault. Such a lack if responsibility, integrity, and honor. I will never purchase another Nissan, and Midway should held responsible for their bad business.

      ******************- I apologize there was a miscommunication on your ****** down and ***** additional given as down payment. We did in fact offer to change your contract back to the ****** down with the higher payment but you elected to stay with the 1***** down and the lower payment. Down Payment only goes to lower your loan balance. Would you like to come back in today and resign your paperwork with ****** down and a higher payment?

      Knowing what I know now, even if Midway Nissan was the only dealership in town, I would travel anywhere else to purchase a vehicle. Smooth talking, friendly service up front, but shady business practices during the deal and afterward. Traded in my car for a used vehicle, wasn't told the extent of the damages to the vehicle I was getting. After three trips to their service shop, the damage still wasn't fixed. Decided to opt for another car because they said the damage would never be fixed to my satisfaction. This was a mistake. Everything from financing to customer service is a complete nightmare. Buyer beware! The salesman, finance people and service shop will tell you everything you want to hear but customer satisfaction is clearly not their goal. Please consider any other dealership before Midway Nissan.

      I was sold a car from this dealership, after about a whole month of trying to get it financed I finally did, so now not even 2 months after having the car I need an alignment and some other stuff I need to get it done, now they saying I can't get it done because of the miles that was put on this car, I feel like they playing me

      This place is a scam. We bring out car in for service and left with a cracked windshield. The dealership swears up and down they did not do it. Then insisted that they were not going to pay for it and that it was not there problem that our wind shield cracked under their care. This place needs new management or at least someone who isn't going to damage vehicles and then lie about it. Very unprofessional place of business.

      What an awful company. I purchased a car in Nov and it was agreed upon that my front bumper would be repaired...They issued me a WeOweYou to close the deal and its now April and my bumper has not been fixed. Ever time I call down they say I need to talk to someone else and call back. Today, I spoke with a ****** who might be the worst manager I had ever spoken to in my life. He stated several times he wasn't part of the deal so it wasn't his fault and he played the I should call back Card and them hung up on me. I can not steps this enough, DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!

      I came in to start a deal on a truck that was not even for sale. $7,500 down and 4 days lost from work only to be told I cannot get my money back because their accountant is not in office, yet there seemed no problem with pressuring me to get the funds to them on less than a day. This was the most aggravating experience and would warn potetial buyers to avoid speaking with ************************* or *********************** they were extreamly unprofessional and raised their voice multiple times. The amount of greed and lack of custumer service was evident. If I could leave less than a star I would in order to warn others to stay far from this place.

      If I could give this place zero stars I would. I traded in my car to them on 09/01/21 and purchased my truck here. The sales rep ** told me not to worry about my car payment at the end of the month because everything should be cleared and the sale final within 10 days. My contract got my sale included new tires and new paint for the rear passenger door of the truck where paint was peeling. They called and scheduled an appointment for me to drop off on 9/16. I show up and they tell me they can't do anything for me. "They don't have the tires, they don't do paint there and would have to send the door out and they don't have a machine capable of mounting my wheels because they are too big" I live out in **************... I wasted a round trip of about 150 miles and well over two hours of my time driving there. I asked them to check the brakes out while I was there. After two hours waiting on that and waiting to talk to finance (because I had been getting multiple calls a day from them and wanted to squash whatever it was) in their lobby where I was told to sit and wait because they are in a meeting. Nobody from finance was informed. I went back to pick up my truck. Where I was told that "they are perfectly fine" I get about 15 miles away headed home and I get a call from midway asking "when can I come in? They found me a better finance company with a ****% interest rate and that I need to come in because the paperwork I signed on the first they apparently aren't using and if something happens to the truck I have to pay 100% out of pocket. Furious I go back and said I'm not about to be there longer than 10 minutes. They had informed me they had all the paperwork ready to go and it would only take a couple minutes. When I get there I'm informed that my monthly payment would be lower than previous paperwork signed. The guy pulls it up and I ask him "what is that? You said a few bucks lower not a whole 400!" He proceeded to tell me that, "that was my new payment"... first of all it wasn't even my paperwork and not even remotely the same type of vehicle. Sorry "*************************" I didn't sign for you. I get home and I pop the hood of my truck because I don't believe a **** word they said about my brakes. I know they don't feel okay.... So you wanna guess the problem?? THERE WAS NO BRAKE FLUID AT ALL... BONE DRY. I HAD TO TAKE THE ***** AND GET THE LINE FLUSHED AND FILLED. WHEN ALL I GOT FROM THEM WAS "they are perfectly fine". DO YOUR JOB. DIDN'T TAKE ME TWO HOURS TO SEE THERE WASNT A DROP OF BRAKE FLUID AND IM NOT A MECHANIC. Alright so the end of the month comes around and my car payment comes out for the "car they purchased from my trade in" they never sent in a check. Then since I had already made that payment I was then shorted the $400s from my payout agreement... still haven't gotten that money back even though they said they would issue me a check when I called to find out what the f*** happened. 10/15 I had gone to the *** to get the money back from my registration from my car I had sold. They told me it was still in my name. Over a month later.. to top it off now I have some random accident tied to my previous car that I'm fighting my insurance for... dated way after my sale date... I dropped my truck off on 10/14 for the tires and paint that was in my contract to get done. When I pick it up a week later my backseat was filthy and covered in leaves from wherever they had it sit, after they took the door off. You would think the battle with this shithole would be over now that, that's done but NO. My rear passenger running lights don't work because who ever put my door back on did not know what they were doing. They expect me to make another 150 mile round trip. SEND A TECH OUT TO ME. YOU GUYS MESSED THIS UP. I had a nice long chat with my financing company too, because now I know they cut financing to c*** dealerships like this when they get enough complaints.
