******* E was so helpful for getting STAr Edge supplied with top quality office furniture. She was so friendly and was able to help me find the right supplies at a good cost. She was very patient as I was kind of indecisive on what I exactly wanted. Thanks again ******* and National office for all the help! We can't wait to finish the office and add all the furniture!

Avoid doing business at all costs with this company - they are misleading on shipping times (plan for at least 1 month) and they will hit you with a shipping surcharge of $500+ on top of their advertised prices. I ordered a reception desk and was assured that it would be delivered in time for my grand opening. I followed up with them on 3 separate occasions and they eventually transferred me to their warehouse manager who let me know that there was an ********** would call me back right away (that didn't happen). The best the company would offer me was $400 and emails - no call, etc. I am working on getting my money back, but want to warn future customers about the service level & shipping lead times. Horrible post sale customer service. Chair arrived with dirty well worn & damaged casters. Assembly instructions were faint and illegible. They used old extremely dirty cardboard boxes as packing material. Called and e-mailed three times; the only reply I received was the following."Thank you for sending along pictures and more information. I have attached the instructions below and resolved the issue with our team in regards to the fainted ones. Regarding the rest, I will follow up with a manager and get back to you. "
