            Used oil change service.chaged 2 one on the 2 of nov and again on the 3. Went to business Grease monkey ********************************** Assumed an easy credit would do the trick. WRONG "Not able to credit, YOU have to file a dispute with your bank"What the hey, every where in america can credit, not my job to fix your mistake.Talked to 2 managers, same response. Now my problem to a. Get my money back.B. They sit on ****** till resolved. Rude, so rude back.

            Have used this particular business many times in the past for simple oil changes.Went in today for simple oil change, they asked if I wanted 'hi-mileage' synthetic oil. I said NO I only want the regular change. They put the hi mileage oil in and upcharged for it! They then proceeded to attempt to give particular 'items that required 'correction/replaced- oil filter, fuel filter, anti freeze, power steering fluid, brake fluid, air filter, new battery. I said no to all of the above. Waited in a very long line to go through their car wash finally my turn, I pulled in waited for the machine to start and all it did was squirt water on the windshield then stopped. I called them when I got home (30 miles from ****) and complained about their lousy service etc. and the guy was very rude. I am only giving the one star because that is the lowest I can choose in order to post this review. I am going to tell ALL friends and family to avoid this place like the plague!!!
