On 8-3-20 I had a power steering rack and pinion, upper control arm, lower control arm, sway bar bushings, sway bar endlinks, and an alignment done for $2894.45. I went back several times because my vehicle felt like it was all over the road. Each time I was told there was nothing wrong with my vehicle. In December 2021, (the 9th I believe) I was told by Grease Monkey that the reason my vehicle was driving poorly was because my tires were bad. My tires were barely over a year old. I took my vehicle to the tire place on 12-15-21 and I found out several things. First, I was told, "There is no way this vehicle could have had an alignment. The camber bolts only had a washer on one side, so there was no way for an alignment to be done. Second, they discovered my steering rack and pinion was so loose he could move it by wiggling the driver's side tire. This loose steering caused inner wear on my tires, resulting in me having to replace tires that were barely a year old, change the camber bolts, and have an alignment done. This cost $776.23. I went to Grease monkey directly after leaving the tire shop. A mechanic tightened down the rack and pinion. A couple of weeks later, my car felt like it was all over the road again. I typed up an email and sent it through Grease Monkey's Corporate website on January 6, 2022. January 26th, I talked to ***************************** regarding my vehicle. He took my vehicle in and replaced the inner tie rod. On February 4th I emailed **** because my vehicle was still driving horrible and had a popping noise. He emailed me stating the problem had already been fixed and nothing else was wrong. I brought my vehicle back to my tire mechanic. He put my car up on the rack and found out my rack and pinion was loose again. On march 10, 2022 Grease Monkey replaced the rack and pinion and tie rods. 4-4-22 I still have a popping noise, my car still drives bad, and my sway bar link pin is missing.
