I ordered a shirt from koolmate.co for Christmas. I ordered it on the 12th to be sent to where I was vacationing for Christmas. The shirt didn't arrive there until January 8th. I was already gone, so had to wait for the shirt to then be sent to me. However, when I got home from vacation, my house had flooded by a broken pipe. I ended up living in a hotel for a month and a half and didn't get the shirt until February 18th. They had sent me the wrong shirt. I'd ordered a L and got an XL and I ordered a cotton blend shirt but what I received was 100% polyester. I contacted them immediately. Eight days later I hadn't heard anything so I emailed them again. They responded on the 9th day saying I received the item and couldn't get a refund. I explained again that they sent me the wrong item. They said I waited too long to request a refund. I explained the situation and that they sent me the wrong item. Even if it was later than their policy, they are in the wrong and should replace it or refund me. I sent them pictures of everything. They refuse, despite the fact that they clearly sent the wrong item.Initial Complaint

I saw an ad and purchased a shirt. The shirt arrived in a different color and in very poor quality: not sized correctly, mis-sewn, and not as pictured. I wrote the company the day after arrival and they admitted that they decided to change the fabric and color without telling their customers, but they hope I like it. I asked for a return. They wrote saying they were not able to do that because I ordered the shirt. This is completely unacceptable. I have the documentation that they are sending items that people did not see correctly before purchasing. After multiple requests, they said I might as well just take a discount since I have to pay for shipping to *******. But they have a *******, ******* address, which is why I trusted them to begin with thinking there would be a BBB option if need be.
