      Ordered a 2 year subscription of ***************** on March 06, 2024. I have been corresponding with these folks off and on for past several months. Still no magazine and still no refund as of July 30, 2024. "We are checking into it." Haha...Not! Thank goodness I paid thru PayPal as it sounds like they will refund me my money. But I almost didn't make the cut-off for PayPal to act, so make sure you file a complaint with them ASAP! I don't know if these folks are corrupt or just incompetent or maybe a little of both....BEWARE!

      Ordered 3 magazine subscriptions and immediately paid for them on March 7th 2024. It is now July 10th 2024 and I have received no magazines or messages. I called during regular business hours 5 days ago as well as sent an email. Finally today someone text me and stated that 2 of the magazines are not being published anymore. So I then went back to SpeedyMags.com and both of them are still being offered for sell. I was told that I can get a refund for the 2 but the other one is showing that it is being shipped. I guess they are in the business of selling items that they can't fulfill and keeping the money. To be honest after 4 months I had forgot that I even ordered them until I just happen to see the charge on my account. I hope every potential customer is able to see this and stays away from doing business with them.

      This customer did not get the magazines she ordered and so we promptly refunded her 2/3 of the order as 2 of the magazines are ceasing publication. The 3rd magazine is still in print and we are looking into why it hasnt shown up. If our clearing house tells us that it is arriving, we will have to work with the publisher to send it hand delivery to ensure it gets there. If for any reason the order isnt active, we will be refunding that portion of the order as well.

      On 12-1-23 I placed an online order through the speedymags.com website since they were advertising an excellent 2 year subscription price to a print entertainment tabloid called OK Magazine.I paid online with a credit card for $27.99.It is still current listed as in stock & available for $27.99.The order number given was 259493.Was told that the 1st issue of the magazine would be between 01/29/2024 and 02/26/2024.On 2-28-24 I sent an e-mail to them to inquire about the status since it was nearly 3 months with not receiving the 1st issue.Then today on 2-29-24 I received an e-mail from Speedymags with the e-mail they sent me listed below & was very angry.Speedymags Support From:[email protected] To:************************ Thu, Feb 29 at 3:50 PM Hi ****,We called our clearinghouse and unfortunately, OK! Magazine is no longer accepting subscriptions. We can either cancel and refund your order of $27.99 or we can offer you a $35.00 credit on www.speedymags.com for other magazines you may be interested in. Please note that we have a 4-pack magazine creator for $35.00 which means you could get 4 subscriptions with the $35.00 credit or spend the credit any way you'd like. Hundreds of the most popular magazines are listed on our package creator.       You are saying that you have refunded me which I have not received yet.I wanted the magazine originally but you are still not explaining at all to me the real honest reason why you refused to accept my OK Magazine order and it took me 3 months to find out as to why I was not notified by e-mail earlier enough.That was poor communication on the company"s part.I feel the real reason is the low 2 year offer you advertised on your website for $27.99 as the real reason for not honoring my order.That was false advertising for advertising OK Magazine at a low 2 year price to attract magazine buyers to your website to beat the competition over other 3rd party magazine retailers.Thats deceptive business practices.My negative Trustpilot review will remain online so others can see what I went through.Instead of Speedymags coming through with the order they fell through which is not good at all & a big let down.They cannot honor advertised prices on their website.If you would have just just processed the order none of this would have happened including me contacting the Better Business Bureau & leaving the negative review on Trustpilot.I am very disappointed as to how Speedymags handled this or try to attempt to expedite an order for the 3 month wait.I now have to search all over again from another company for a new entertainment magazine for my wife since it was suppose to be a Christmas gift for my wife.

      i ordered magazines on 12/7/23 - Classic Cars for my husband. It is now 2/18/2024 and i still have not received them - they keep telling me they are coming - now they say they will come by 3/11/24.that is ridiculous that magazines take that long to send to the person my order # is 259752.Their ph #************ **************************** I am filling a complaint because i have not received the magazines and i have paid for 2 years subscription.I am a disappointed customer and would like a response.

      We have emailed this customer to let her know the magazine will begin arriving in the next week. If for any reason the publisher has trouble getting it out to her, we will refund the order.

      In October 2022 I ordered three magazines for my 89 year old mom through Speedy Magazines. I ordered Reminisce ($16.95, Good Old Days $21.99 and Daily Word $19.95). Good Old Days and Daily Word started arriving at her Assisted Living Facility but not Reminisce. Starting in February I started emailing this company with NO responses (they don't provide a phone number - only a customer service email). I contacted Reader's Digest who produces Reminisce and they have no record of my mom. I am frustrated because my mom paid for a magazine she has never gotten to a company who refuses to respond to my emails.

      I purchased a subscription to ****************** back in December 2021 for a Christmas present. My grandson, is still waiting on the magazine. I have emailed 3x and called 2x. They keep making excuses as to why it has not been received. Then say he will get the next issue.It is 6 months later and he still hasn't received anything.I would like a refund now.Thank you ***************************

They have informed us that subscribers will begin receiving print issues again in the next week or two. It looks like you already charged back through Paypal.       Ordered ************************** 8/18/21 and paid $24.50 via credit card, Order #*****. When magazine not received in 3 months I emailed that the order zip code was incorrect and did not have apartment number. Jan 7, 2022 email stated I have submitted that changes as that was certainly the issue. It should be extended and begin arriving in the next 4-6 weeks. In response to my emails of 2/19/22 and 3/11/22 speedymags **************** said in reply that the subscription would start soon. As of early April, I have still not received one copy and the company has my payment of $24.50 for over 6 months.******************************* ******************************************************************* ********************** ************

      This company has had over 6 months to provide or investigate this unfilled order.

      They do not need and should not have more time to provide a clear and complete refund. 

      I do not want to do any further business with this company in the absence of a refund

      I have had at least three different start dates since this company was paid in full on August 18.2021.
      This appears to be just another delaying tactic. BBB and other potential customers can determine if this delay in providing a paid-for product is an example of good customer service and honest business practices.
