      I should have read these comments prior to purchasing SuperBrands "Super Pruners"! The pruners were used for a few times last autumn, then put away for the season (Oregon. Roses needed pruning in early spring but guess what? They don't work now. I contacted SuperBrands and expected (a positive) resolution given the minimal time the pruners had lasted. The reply was cold and said, "sorry, you exceeded our 90 warranty. We'll give you a 50% discount on a new one"!What a hoot, like I'd throw good money after bad. Ridiculous Their website proclaims, ""The Superbrand Promise means that if you don't have a positive experience, we will do WHATEVER it takes to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase."Words mean nothing when they're not backed up by actions.Their actions speak volumes to the business model they're operating

      I purchased a SuperBrands "Super Saw" in May last year. After receiving it, I tested to the extent of turning on the saw to see if it worked, but never put it to any use. 11 months later, I have a need for it, get it out and, guess what, it doesnt work! Charged the battery, assuming that that was the problem. It still does not work. I then cContacted ************ and asked for a replacement battery. SuperBrands response was sorry but its outside of its (3 month) warranty, and best it can do is for me is sell me another battery, which I have no reason to believe will last any longer the than the original. BUYER BEWARE of SuperBrands

      I purchased 3 Superbits... junk that failed on first reasonable use. They replaced the first one which I assumed was just defective. Subsequent Superbits failed on first use as well. While I was slightly out of their 90 day on the second and third bits they would not refund. I see remarkably similar looking bits on Temu for about ~$2!

      My first attempt to complete the purchase of a tool on the Super Brand Tools website resulted in an apparent glitch in which I could not advance the process further. Having received no indication that a transaction had occurred, I started over with my purchase. As I was unfamiliar with this company, I gave an auxiliary email address reserved for one-off purchases. Apparently both transactions processed, even though I only received a single online confirmation. I did not catch this mistake until the duplicate item arrived (for which I was charged). I contacted the Super Brand Tools customer service for instructions for returning the duplicate. I was informed by a "Mikee" that I would have to pay for return shipping as well as a $5 "restocking fee" (a policy I could not find on their website)this over an order that their website failed to process properly. I regret taking a chance on this company, and will not make that mistake again. Caveat emptor.

      I ordered a mini chain saw on Dec 3 and was charged the next day. I didn't receive it then on Dec 19th I get an email that states my package was taken by the **** due to conterfeit postage. I report via email to the company they state they will reship and now today I get messages that look like **** stating I need to pay to get my package. This company is a scam.
