Business ProfileforOSR Physical Therapy

Complaint is about Billing from OSR Physical Therapy between June of 2021 to July 2021. OSR apparently has eight facilities. I found the staff at the facility I went to were friendly and professional. The billing, payment disclosure and transparency was not. I paid $104.,54 at my location. I guess these were Co-Pays for ten visits. I believe I asked every time I visited OSR if I owed any money. The receptionist seemed a little stunned that I asked every time if I could pay and I got the feeling clients don't usually ask if they owe money every visit if ever. Only twice was I told I owed money and I paid it. See attached documents for more info.A month after my last visit I started getting bills for my last six visits for $29.94 per visit for a total of $177.24. I called and asked OSR why and was told it was money not paid by my provider. I have attached email communications between OSR and me. My insurance provider has sent "Explanation of Benefits" for every visit that states Provider "Paid in Full". I called my insurance company and was told that is correct, Paid in full and they have no idea why OSR wanted more money. OSR has not responded for an explanation or responded to my last email but has left a voicemail asking for money.Please read attached emails between OSR and me, Sorry for the duplicate and triplicate emails as I copied every email I sent OSR with myself.I could send copies of the "Explanation of Benefits" from my insurance company but they are fourteen pages each and there are eight of them. You want them I can send them.My background is in Retail Installment contracts, subprime lending, managing car dealerships, etc. I would never treat a customer like OSR treated me. I feel like I have been conned or scammed. Thanks for reviewing this.If you believe this has no merit please remove it, I do not want to injure OSR if this behavior is legitimate. I will still pay the money OSR says I owe and match it to their Charity.
