I made a reservation at Preflight parking for Sunday 04/23/2023 at 2:45pm through 04/28/2023 at 2:45pm. My trip was cut short by a couple of days and I returned and left Preflight parking on 04/26/2023 at 2:35pm which would equal 2 full days unused. When I looked at my receipt it showed a prepaid amount of $68.75 (even though my credit card was charged for $72.75) which would be for all 5 days, and a total parking amount of $41.25 which would be what was actually used since I came back on 04/26/2023. I was charged the additional 2 days and a different amount than what was shown on the receipt. I have called and left 4 messages over the last week and have yet to receive a return phone call from any managers to get answers on my questions and get this resolved. The girls who answered my calls couldn't help and said I needed to talk to a manager. I was told the managers are **** in the day and ****** at night. All 4 phone calls I was told the exact same message. "They are in the lot right now but I will give them the message when they come inside." My hotel and rental car companies did as one would logically think and their systems automatically just charged for actual time used with no issues or need for anyone to manually adjust anything. Based on reading the other negative reviews on other review sites it appears this issue has been place for some time. THE MOST DISAPPOINTING THING IN THIS ENTIRE TRANSACTION WAS THE LACK OF SUPPORT AND NOT RECEIVING A RETURN PHONE CALL FROM MANAGEMENT!The attached images show my receipt from Preflight and one shows my credit card charge with an amount not matching anything. I would like to be refunded for parking days not used.Initial Complaint

I have been parking at this facility for many years. They charge between $5-6/day for rooftop parking. I have never seen another advertised rate. When I booked parking for the week between Christmas and New Years, they charged $18/day. This is price gouging and needs to be rectified.
