We parked our car in their lot at Sky Harbor. Their website stated that if we parked over 10 days in the lot the charge would be $9.50 a day. We parked from 5/1-5/14/2024 14 days and were charged $12.95 a day. We were shocked by the charge of $12.95 a day but were told that was the price.I contacted General Manager ********************* and she made no attempt to reimburse us this charge claiming we did not have a reservation. No where on their website states that we needed a reservation to get this discount. We had previously parked at this lot for 30 years. What ever happened to customer service? We would like a refund.Initial Complaint

I have parking coupons issued by Sky Harbor Airport Parking, 2 for $4.50 per day, 2 for $5.00 per day and 2 for $6.00 per day. The first 4 are marked "No Expiration". The latter 2 have no expiration date.I called their phone number, ************, today and was told that they would honor the coupons for only $7.95.I believe that Sky Harbor Airport Parking should honor their coupons.Initial Complaint

Date of transaction 7/26/2022, I was parked in the parking lot for 9 days. I had a coupon that was on the southwest airline website that stated the Airline Employee Rate is $4.00 per day and that I should present the coupon upon existing lot. When I returned to get my car on the 26th of July 2022 I proceeded to the exiting gate and gave my coupon. The lady that was working he gate told me that the lowest the owner would go is $7.95. I then told her that this coupon is from there company and that it should be honored regardless of what the sign says or the coupon should be taken off of the web site. So I was forced to pay the $7.95 in per day plus tax which came to a total of $75.12. I believe that this is false advertisement and that I should be refunded my $35.55 and that since the coupon is listed it should be honored. I called the office on 7/27/22 and spoke with ****** who stated she is the General Manager and she stated that they would not reimburse me the difference because $7.95 is the lowest they would take. I then told her that they need to remove the coupon or honor the price, she refuse. I really think they are advertising falsely to get people to go there then giving them a different rate I should have only been charged $36.00 plus tax for my 9 day stay at the parking lot. I believe they should honor what they post if presented to them. If I had known they would charge a different rate I could have made other arrangements that would have been cheaper for me but because of their false advertising I was forced to pay more money.
