      I recently switched my credit card processing to this company. At first I was skeptical because they called me and promised a deal that was too good to be true. However after much research I decided to switch. All of the people I spoke with were friendly and helpful. ******* was especially helpful and patient with me. There should be more people like him. The best part is the deal was almost too good to be true. The savings have been massive. Yes you do lease the equipment but the savings more than make up for it. They will supply the paper for your machines just call ******* and he will send the paper free of charge. The service is prompt and great. I am looking forward to a long relationship with this company.********

      I want to thank ******* from your company for assisting us with our problem. Our credit card machine which had become out of date and we tried everything to get it to work but no luck. I spoke with ******* and within 3 days we had a new machine and we were up and running that day.

      Just got a phone call from this company that was DOWNRIGHT DECEIVING! What they are trying to do is get you to switch from your current credit card processing company. But the way they WORD the call is VERY deceptive!!!! They use terms like "we're calling you from a recorded line for quality purposes" (as if they have an established relationship with you). "We have been 'notified' that your company has been flagged as low risk for credit card processing and you are eligible for up to 40% discounts on your current fees. We want to set up an appointment with our underwriters so that they can go over these discounts that you are eligible for." AGAIN-acting like they are somehow affiliated with my current credit card company.DISHONEST!!!! AVOID!!!

      Working with ******** has been a real pleasure. He is always very considerate to make sure we are taken care of - from when he first helped ** get our merchant services account processing set up over a year ago - to recently when the parent company did a random audit to ensure account is good and legit and being handled correctly. It feels good to know we can call him anytime to take care of our business for merchant services.       Speaks Financial Group are great to work with. I had issues in the past with other companies and *************************** was patiend and listened to all my conserns and addressed each quickly. Everything that was presented was in writing as promised. I had to contact tech with a terminal issue and someone answered quickly, politely, and had the problem resolved within minutes. My Speaks rep *************** followed up making sure all my issues were quickly resolved. This is not just a business but a relationship. I have a person I can go to with any issue and that is invaluable to my small business. Their rates are competitive and their costumer service is top notch!

      I'm so very glad I placed my business and trust in the hands of ******* and *******. Really skeptical about companies saying they'll save you money. But they really came through for me! They helped save money and I haven't had to worry about any rate increase! The representatives and company are very transparent. Any questions or concerns I had/have, they answer. I highly recommend me them to anybody that need services that they provide!

      I highly recommend you NOT do business with Speaks Financial. ****** and ******** and two of the most unethical people I have ever worked with in my business career. I had 30 days to change my mind about using their services and when I discovered an error in their processing I elected to rescind the business arrangement with them. At one point ******** indicated they would ***** my request to discontinue with them only to come back a day later indicating they had changed their mind. Of course, they did not follow through with any of the promises they made. The lease for the equipment is outrageous! Other companies will give you the equipment for free. I am still responsible for $2038.91 of the lease for the equipment. I don't even use their services. Stay clear of this group. There are plenty of ethical credit card processing companies you can work with. This isn't one of them.

To date, we have not received the signed closure letter that was sent via email on November 16, 2021, which is essential for officially processing your request. Once we receive this document, we will promptly close your account as per your request.Regarding the equipment lease, we acknowledge the challenges posed by the non-cancellable nature of the lease agreement with the leasing company. While we have limited control over this aspect, we are more than willing to discuss any possible assistance or solutions we can offer.We take your feedback seriously and are using it to improve our processes and communication.
