I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent purchase of their facial cleanser. On March 2023, I bought two bottles (64oz/bottle) of their facial cleanser from website. My order # is PHUS04730770. Upon using the 2nd bottle products in Nov 2023, I immediately noticed a significant difference in consistency between the two bottles. One bottle felt noticeably thinner compared to the other.Concerned about the quality and consistency of the product, I took the initiative to submit a formal complaint letter to the company on 04 or o5 January 2024. However, it has been over 2 months since I sent the letter, and I have yet to receive any response or acknowledgment from their end. This lack of communication has left me perplexed and disappointed. The discrepancy in product consistency and the absence of a timely response to my complaint have cast doubt on the integrity of your products and the reliability of their customer service. I hope to see a swift resolution to this matter. I would like them to contact me via email to get a replacement or get my money back or if they have better solution to how we can resolve this issue.Initial Complaint

I placed and order with Philosophy #******.. on 12/20/2023.. at the time a promotion was running buy $50.00 in products get two full size items free! I received confirmation that order went through and would receive the items.. on 12/26/2023 I received my order with out the two free full size items or even the sample size items!! I emailed the company and the reply was we ran out of the promotional full size items .. we can send you sample size!! That is not fair and absolutely just wrong.. I feel like I should be getting a full size of another product that is available my shipment is still saying partially ship I was hoping that I was receive correct compensation.Initial Complaint

On 11/12/23 I placed an order (PHPUS169843) for Philosophys ultimate miracle worker cream and the one-step facial cleanser. The cleanser was the 22 oz in a bottle that included a pump. When I received my order and opened the box (approximately a week later) I discovered that the cleanser had leaked inside the box. I phoned the customer service phone number immediately and received a message that customer service was busy and I should send an email via their site. I have sent 2 emails and have not received a response. I called their customer service number again today (12/5/23) and hung up after being on hold for the next representative for 1 hour.Initial Complaint

I placed order PHPUS63287 with Philosophy.com this morning. The order has an incorrect shipping address. I reached out to Philosophy.com and the register to change my shipping address or cancel my order do I can re place the order. The uploaded photos show when my order was placed and the confirmation number. Plus the response from Philosophy.com. I cannot believe they do no have the ability yo change the shipping address
