On 06/06/24 we went to the business to purchase a ***************************** shark for $75. Upon arrival the sharks were white however the staff ensured us they tend to lose color when nervous but would get their color back within the next few days. So we went ahead and purchased the shark. We got it home into our tank and by the end of the day the colors came in and we discovered that we actually have a regular ******** Shark which the business sales for *****. The next day, 06/07/22 we went back to the business and explained the situation to the manager ***. We requested to exchange for the correct fish we paid for which was denied. He advised no exchanges. So we asked if we can be charged ***** as advertised for the fish we took home (pics were provided) and just pay for the fish we wanted. The manger declined and advised we would need to pay full price. This was unfair and deceptive. The business made it seem as if we were going to be getting a good ******** as we requested however we ended up with a regular ******** which we already own 2. That is not what we asked for, wanted it paid for. Please help us with getting a refund or the correct fish. Thank youBusiness response

We apologize for the experience **************** had while at our store.We want everyone to have a positive experience at The Ocean Floor and are committed to addressing these concerns.We have been in contact with ****************, he will be coming in this weekend to receive a refund and select some new fish for his aquarium. We apologize for his negative experience with us but want to thank him for allowing us to make it right.
