            I received a face lift from *********************** . I didnt realize that HE would not see me post op for 6 months , which is unheard of . I paid for a post op Opus Laser Treatment that I never received and I told them on Dec 29th via an email and a telephone call that I no longer wanted the laser treatment post op and I did not think the first one worked . I asked for a refund and the office manager /partner refused to give me one unless I made a post operative appointment . I have sought ***************************** care with another entity and I do not wish to go back to this business due to my bad experience . They should not keep the $1995.00 that I paid for a procedure that I did not receive. I also cancelled all appointments that I had made well in advance . I want my $1995.00 refunded .

            I wanted some filler in my cheeks. To my surprise she injected my under eye with RHA 4 filler. I did not request it there. Putting RHA 4 filler under the eye is insane, it is way to thick for that area. You would think they should know what to put there. Had horrible results and she put dissolver in and it made matters worse. Under eye is disfigured. Went back several times only to be gaslighted. New manager is nice but she believes everything the employee tells her. He actually lied to me saying the injector did not inject under eye. It is in the records. I came here thinking I was going to get a improvement but has turned into a living nightmare. Be sure to tell them what and where you want any work done and study what product you want and do not let them upsell you.
