            Veterns plumbing performed work on my house via my home warranty on 6/2/22. They have refused to provide me an itemized work order stating what work was performed in its entirety. They threatened to put a contractors lien in my home of I didnt pay them the $170 balance even though they still refuse to be transparent and provide the itemized disclosure of what work was performed. Even though I explained that i needed a description of all work performed bit only the Not covered items by the home warranty. The invoice lists no description of the work or parts. No description of what was paid by the home warranty. The home warranty stated that the plumber needs to provide this to me. ***** was on a 3 way call with me when they stated this. They verbally claimed labor and parts but refused to disclose in writing what work was actually performed. Leaving me with no records for my seller property disclosure This is shady and smells like fraud.

            We had a sewer that turned out to be a septic tank and a nightmare. ********* went way out of her way to find the original permit from **** and sent it to me. Amazing since all I had done was get a quote. ******** City could not tell me the location of my tank, was trying to get it from Maricopa but it was not showing up. ********* getting this was huge. I dug up the area that was another pain and was not in the original permit area but I did find it. I called Vets for pumpimg. ***** came out was amasing helped him get 75ft of snake out. Had a broken baffle on intake side that I needed to replace. Found them @ *********** in *******. Reopened up the septic tank and found out I had a island floating about 8 to 10" thick the whole width and length of the tank. Called Vets and ********* recommend a septic cleaning and there T*** Buster. ****** came out and cleaned the whole system out. And gave us a like new tank. Absolutely *************** and Employees with extended knowledge of there business.
