    I had just bought a pool about a week ago and Im very new to this! The costumer service I received when asking all of my questions was phenomenal! I am so grateful for the service I received! I was so confused on certain parts of the pool but the person on the line with me was extremely helpful! I definitely recommend!!!! So excited to use!!!

    ******** company for multiple reasons. The top rails and t connectors to the pool broke upon assembly due to high wind, so my husband put in a warranty claim. The claim was denied due to improper set up because they thought they saw sand in our yard in one of our pictures. Theres no sand. I resubmitted the claim in which it was denied again because they dont cover weather damage. Ive read their warranty policy and no where did it say that. On top of that, all items have been out of stock on their website so we couldnt repurchase the proper equipment. I called their customer service and asked to speak with a supervisor (*******). She agreed to send out new items as long as we paid for shipping so I did upon receiving the invoice via email. A week went by with no shipping info so I called and asked for an update in which they said they never received my payment. I gave them the receipt I had showing a paid and coincidentally, an email came through with shipment information. Unfortunately, the ***** tracking number is invalid so Im now trying to figure that out. What a headache

    Had an issue after storing our liner for the winter. Called and emailed customer service. They were very helpful and sent us a new liner to hook up to the pump. Great CUSTOMER Service...

    Had to drop a quick note about how awesome BestWays customer service is. I had a small issue with my pool setup and wasnt sure what to do. Reached out to their team, and they got back to me super fast. The person I talked to was super chill, super helpful, and made the whole thing way easier than I expected. They answered all my questions, sorted out the problem, and even gave me a couple of extra tips to keep my pool in good shape. Honestly, its not every day you get customer service that actually feels like they care. Shoutout to the BestWay team you made pool season way less stressful for me. Would definitely recommend them if youre thinking about getting a pool.

    Would leave 0 stars if I could. ****** customer service!! Refuses to help trouble shoot air leak on the pool pump, their ONLY suggestion is to buy a new pump. After using for one season DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

    I bought 2 Bestway pool floats with fabric covers. The covers fell apart after one season. Their customer service refused to replace them even though I offered to pay for them.

    I bought a pool pump June 2024. It went out on me and clearly is a manufacturer issue. I find out they only have a 6 month warranty! Ill never buy from them again. This pump is set up on a timer and runs correctly and is cleaned frequently. So upset I paid $140 and they dont have a typical 1 year warranty.
