    In April 2022 I required the services of **** Police. *** the owner came to our residence and after seeing our pool, he said that he could fix our pool. We had pop *** that weren't working and we had a hose vacuum cleaner which *** said we didn't need because he could fix the pop *** in our pool. The total cost would come to $1295.50 with a military discount of $64.83 for a total of $1231.67. Our pool fountain would run for about 15 minutes then shut off for approximately 12 to 18 minutes and turn back on. *** said that we needed a new pump which would cost $779.50. The Caretaker Pop Up system including parts and labor would be $335. I was charged $110 for Cartridge Filter cleaning and 6 algae destroyer at $12 apice for a total of $72.For 3 months April to June our pool appointment would supposedly be on Wednesday. I was told several times by *** and other technicians that they would come on Saturday or a couple of times that they would be coming back out on a Monday due to the problems we were experiencing with our pool. No one ever showed up on those days which we stayed home waiting for someone to show up. On the 07th of June I received a text from **** Police technician that he would be at our home in 15 minutes which I was ***et because I thought our appointment was on Wednesday. When he arrived I met him on my front porch and I had a hold of our dog and I told him to come closer so that I could talk to him and he refused saying he was scared of our dog. I let our dog loose and she *********** at him because I called her back. I don't appreciate a company not giving adequate notice instead of just up.To this date the pop *** that were paid for aren't working properly and our fountain pump isn't working. On the 08 of ***************** the billing person said that she was working on a schedule to come and check the motor and she would get back to me ASAP! I am just wondering what ASAP really means to her because there was no contact since the 08th of June.

    HORRIBLE experience. They kept saying they would come and then not show up. They charged us for equipment we never brought. They made endless excuses. We did end up getting a refund but only because we disputed the charge on the credit card. They might reply with more excuses but I can then post the screenshtos of the days and days of no shows and excuses. I highly suggest using a different company.
