The website looked legitimate and the merchandise was exactly what I needed. I ordered and purchased one of their items. Later I wanted to contact them to change the order. It was then I noticed there was no customer service contact number. I also could not find an address for them other than a city and state. I could only contact them by email. I finally sent an email cancelling the purchase. Fortunately, they hadn't collected the money yet.Review from Alex C

They sent the wrong color cat condo. They were supposed to refund us by email about $50. But theyre not responding now and its been a month. Having read the litany of sh*tty customer service complaints, Im giving up on getting the partial refund they owe us. Live and learn. Check reviews before ordering!Review from Ali S

They simply steal from people. Dont ship what you pay for and first they call you a liar and then they dont respond. There is a reason there is no address or phone number on their site and dont allow unfiltered reviews since they have to approve them and guess what, they wont post the fact that they are thieves and worst everSad that they can get away with it.Review from Eileen G

Horrible customer service. Ive been trying to reach them by phone for weeks. You scour the website and there is no phone number however it does say need help, call us in ******* ******* *******. I finally found their phone number not on their website but through a ****** search and its constantly busy. The phone number listed here at the BBB website is disconnected. Zero stars would be the most appropriate. Dont respond to phone, or mail.Shipped the wrong product that was also poorly constructed. Carpet is cheap, construction is worse! This company has become a ripoff. Never shipped the correct item. Impossible to deal with a company that will not communicate! Never again!Review from Theresa P

I also agree with the other reviews. I purchased a cat tree in the past Four years ago and it lasted almost forever. This new one is terrible. The wood is cheap. The carpet is cheap. Its poorly made it wobbles. Its falling apart after one month. I want my money back because I feel if I get another one its gonna be the same. I went with his company because of their solid construction and their long lasting product but this one looks like Ive had it for five years and its only a month old.Review from Gretchen L

Agree with the other reviews here. We have two of their old trees and they are perfect - really well made. The new one is terrible - a total waste of money. And the company is non-responsive. Everything about it from the wood to the carpet is cheap and poorly constructed. It wobbles and threatens to tip over when our cats jump on it - which never happened with the older models.Review from Amy S

No ***************** I ordered from their web-site. My order was quickly processed and my credit card charged. I received my cat tree on 9-6-23 and it was missing "1 ****************** and 1 screw". I am not concerned about the s**** but I would like the missing post replaced. No one answers their customer service number they provide on their web site. I get "The person at this number is not accepting calls, try back later". They have not responded to my emails or messages submitted on their web-site. I have tried numerious times. I have orderd from them several times before and have never had to contact them for any issues until now. Also the contact number on this BBB site is not in service.Review from Maria R

These people boast their products are ******** made but they look like they are screwed together by cross-eyed monkeys. They do not answer their mail or their phone and there is no answer machine. They are pretty quick to take your money though. The audacity of these people to send you a link to review their product/products and ignore your review. Obviously they only post positive reviews. I was sure I wasnt the only disappointed customer. My advice is if you want their ********** from a reputable retailer so if you get a subpar item, you can get your money back or AVOID this company all together.
