In response to Complaint ID# ********, please be advised that A & C Properties is the victim of hacking and is not the perpetrator of any attempt at fraud, spam, phishing, or other social media version of the same.  Our corporate email was hacked several months ago and has been tied to attempts at fraudulent activity through social media, calendar invitations, email, and other means of communication by persons that are not affiliated with our company.  We have endeavored to stop the activity; however, we are unable to do so through the options available to us.  We regret any inconvenience caused by the nefarious emails, calendar invitations, or other forms of communication received by anyone.  We continue to field calls from people affected by the scam, to which we express regret and explain the situation.  Further, we continue to tell people affected by the scam that they should do their own due diligence with respect to any email, calendar invitation, and/or link sent to them from an unknown source in order to limit any exposure they might encounter as a result of the scam.  We remain available to discuss the situation with any complainant.

This company sent a virus to my iPhone 'Calendar' app, that I am unable to remove. The nature of the virus is in the form of a "Reminder" and Invitation to join the Uber Team. It is always accompanied with the option to; "Accept, Maybe, and Decline". Pressing "Decline" eliminates it from for only a few minutes only to repopulate my calendar for every single day of the year. WHAT I HAVE ATTEMPTED TO RESOLVE THIS:1. I have attempted to block the sender to no avail. 2.I have texted the numerous senders, (they keep changing) to STOP 3. I have emailed the only email address that appears on the text - ********************* I have told the email recipient to "Stop" and "Stop texting me". No response as of yet.4. I have copied the following text code that always accompanies the "Invitation:" It is shown below inside the quote marks; " <*****************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************>f5tearyz7qdy6fa.foreleechradioteria.org" [end quote]5. I attempted to do a "Whois" search for the only domain name that appears on the text which is (e.loft.com). But the search only produces "Loft.com" in the results. 6. I have considered calling the phone number listed above, but am concerned that all my caller I.D. information could be compromised.

I lease a **** sq ft storefront from the company. **************** is the Property Manager of this plaza. I emailed **** numerous times to fix the leaking ceiling in June, July, September, October & most recently December. The company is aware the roof leaks. My neighbor who owns a furniture store next door is also experiencing roof leaks. Along, with two other businesses. I know 4 of us businesses are experiencing a ceiling leak. Each time I email her she informs me she will send a roofer. Each time there is no one. I also request for a maintenance log or receipt to show a roofer stopped by. I receive no response or I receive a gaslighting response. The Property Manager **** is very unprofessional and I told her numerous times I would feel more comfortable addressing these issues with someone else. She claims she is the only worker. I will be including my most recent email discussion.
