      As a board member, I was part of the decision to contract with Golden Valley for our local HOA. I am very glad ************ decision.They have been fantastic. ****** has gone beyond the terms of our agreement to help new board members understand our role and responsibilities to our community. Their training sessions are very helpful. The advice and guidance given has proven valid and competent.If you are a small community looking for a management company, I wholeheartedly recommend Golden Valley.

      ********************* has been excellent helping our HOA at Acacia Park. Their free class on HOA Boards was extensive and very informative as well as provided at no cost. I highly recommend Golden Valley for HOA Management and especially ********************* who has been wonderful and very responsive to work with!

      I had called Golden Valley because my old clicker that I got for the parking lot takes a while before the gate moves. I purchased this condo exactly one year from yesterday. I think I shouldve got a new clicker when I bought the condo. Instead, when I called I was told I would have to pay $25 for it and they would get a call back. Well, I havent gotten a call back and I dont see why I should pay $25 for a new clicker. When you paid $220,000 for a condo , I would expect to get a new clicker when I move in. Thanks

      Elliot,Not knowing what association you live in, I can tell you that clickers are passed along from prior owner to new owner. The *** isn't responsible for managing used and operational clickers. If it wasn't operational when you received it from the prior owner, the *** still wouldn't give you a free clicker. As a courtesy, the management company, on behalf of the *** can sell new clickers to owners at a cost determined by your board of directors. With regard to not receiving a call back, again not knowing who you spoke to, the head of the administrative department is ******************* and I'm sure she will assist you in obtaining a new clicker if that is what you wish. ******

      ********************* is a speicial person. She has No clue what she is doing. She tells you to refer to the *** policy's and rules. When you do and you point out She is wrong. She changes the subject quickly. She never gets anyone an answer. She cost the *** tons of money. Everyone in our community is upset with her and this company. They have done nothing but made things worst and made improvements where they weren't needed. Residents are selling or moving out as quick as they can because of her. ***** is very rude and Arrogant. Even are board members No longer stay in there units. ***** is hard to get in contact with. Our community can't wait until she is gone.

I am told you have a personal issue going on with the *** (I won't publicize it in a public forum) and I would guess you are lashing out because of it. Don't we love social media. ***** has office hours five days a week so it is pretty simple to contact her. ******* ****

      ***** in the ********************* was SO helpful!!! The board wasnt voting on accepting my ********** window s. I was hoping to have them before monsoon season??????? ***** kept on them to approve them and resent pictures!
