I represent the seller for a home in the ******** Royale condo complex in *******, *******. We were scheduled to close escrow on 3/15/2023. The lender and multiple members of his team, as well as the buyer's agent and myself contacted multiple contacts numerous times to obtain information necessary for the lender's approval and the transfer of ownership of the property. I personally left multiple messages for various personnel, all to no avail. I never received a call back and, because of their lack of response, we still have not closed and two people are essentially without a home. The lender requested a standard Condo Questionnaire, which was submitted through a third party service. The questions came back only partially answered, so the underwriter would not accept them.We also questioned numerous times regarding their budget and asked for a simple explanation, all to no avail. This is highly unprofessional, and only raises a red flag as to the accuracy and health of their financials. In short, it seems like they are hiding mismanagement of funds. The company should not be allowed to manage properties. All we are asking is a prompt response in completing the questionnaire, and an update to their budget worksheet to reflect the funds that are already showing on the balance sheet we received from the finance person.
