              Horrible! They NEVER inspect our neighborhood (Foothills Villas in *******) otherwise maybe someone would do something about my neighbors truck that has not moved in over a year. Or the one that still has Christmas decor **. Or the cars that park in the street every night. Or the MANY houses that have altered their front landscaping and not in a good way. Or painted there house an ugly color that nobody else has. Or the broken gates that have not been fixed in the 4 years we have lived here. Yet if you are late with a payment they shut you out of their site. This is the worst company ever!!!

              Poor communication and lack of repairs. I lost a buyer over the fact that the roof and stucco was not fixed.
