            The Real Property send us bill for the amount of money we owe when we moved out we disputed two items we submit the dispute form to them and documents of explaining why we did not take like the trash cans out or the bathtub after we submitted the dispute form we never heard from them not email or letter next thing I get a letter from a collection agency trying to collect from them and the letter the collection agency they include another charge from Real Property is $406.00 for Legal fees Tenant Collection fee. We never received any letter about the dispute we were doing nothing never a letter or email we were always getting letters from the post office when we change are address so if they would have sent a letter to the old address we would have received it they even had our email address we have disputed this to the collection agency but they don't want to heard about it plus this last year I had a heart attack and my wife has breast cancer so not only this now we have mounting of medical bills we told the collection agency but they don't want to hear all this.

            Ive used them 4 times not because I wanted to . Horrible ! Never got a call from the owner while there. All 4 times *** had to complain after the trip the house . This last trip for July 4th was a nightmare . I still have not gotten anything from them . No money back not a thing . Looks like they do not have a good rating so why are they still in business ripping customers off? No fair to use hard working people looking to pay to relax . Do Better !!!

            We are not a short term rental company, we rent single family homes for a minimum of 1 year at a time. We are not the same RPM this person is using for short term rentals.
