I moved out of one of their residences they manage on June 3, 2023. I began utilizing their online portal to give them 30 days notice that I was moving out. I was never contacted to be able to have someone walk through the home to assure everything was in good shape. I continued to utilize their portal, as well as, emailing them to inform them of my move. I began calling them and leaving voicemail messages asking someone to call me back. I was never contacted by anyone. On the day of my move, I emailed and called to attempt to tell them where the keys were. I did not get an answer or response. On the next business day, I began calling and emailing again, with no answer. On the lease that I signed, I had to pay a $750 deposit. I left the residence in better shape than it was when I moved in. I finally had someone call me back one time and stated that they would check on the return of my deposit and stated they would call me back in two days. To this day, I have not received a call back. I have continued to call and email with no response. I cannot get a call back or response. $750 is no joke to a single mother. I assured that the residence was kept in good shape and even replaced vent covers and placed k**** on the cabinets where there weren't any when I moved in. I would like the return on my $750 deposit and can't get anywhere with this. Please help!
