On January 5, I was notified that my order #***** had shipped. I paid for UPS 2nd Day Air (arrival on January 8). I checked the UPS website and they said no package was received. I then called each day leaving voicemails and no one contacted me. I paid $242.96 and have not even received a phone call about the order.Business response

Sent in a razor for revamp service, which was received 19 October 2020. ************** takes 6 weeks. On December 7th 2020 I checked in asking for an update and was told there was a contamination with their rhodium tank and it would be at least another 2-3 weeks. I said fine, I was happy to wait a bit longer. I inquired for an update again on March 2 2021, and was told the razor should be sent out by weeks end. In mid April 2021 I happened to be in Phoenix visiting family and stopped into the store to purchase a few items. I was told a that time my razor was not ready. On 12 August 2021 I received an email that my razor was done and I should receive tracking info soon. On Sept. 23 2021 I inquired about the status of the razor as no tracking info or razor was received. On Sept 29 2021, I inquired again, having not heard anything from my previous email. Received a reply they would look into it - no response yet. It's now nearly one full year since I sent in my razor.Business response

We apologize for dropping the ball with the service on your razor. Our records do indicate that we ended up sending the original and a replacement to you in October of 2021.

The business response says they sent the original razor plus a replacement. This is incorrect. They sent a replacement razor and gave some store credit. The razor I sent in for service, which was my grandfather's, has not been returned and is most likely lost forever.
