We have had so many concerns as our home was damaged by water in Sept. The process with insurance has been stressful enough in trying to get help and figure out our next moves. ********************* has gone above and beyond to make the process of relocating my family, myself, and our pet into an Airbnb so quickly that it took all of our worries away and gave us a sigh of relief that there was some AMAZING help in our issues. She is a class act and everyone should put their faith and trust in her to take care of your needs for housing should you experience a loss in your homeReview from Jason N

There have been a lot of trials and tribulations in and around the circumstances leading to our prolonged stay in this Hampton Inn in **********. Our home's only bathroom was demolished and the money to remodel it is stuck in limbo. So much has gone wrong and *** hasn't been one of them. Every step of the way, the *** Temporary Housing people have kept on top of things, extending our stay whenever our situation dragged on for reasons beyond our control. It has meant a lot to me and my brother and my mother to have a place to stay during all this.Review from Michele R

I have never felt such compassion from a company that deal with insurance agents. I had the pleasure of working with ***** after a fire had my family displaced. ***** had us in a very nice hotel right away. I was not expecting anything spectacular since it was paid by my insurance but I was blown away when checking into the hotel she had set up for us. It was clean, quiet and a convenient location to commute back and forth to work. It was spacious for my family of 5 plus a German Shepherd with no issues it even had a kitchen so that saved us on eating out daily. My insurance agent was a huge pain and made me cry and worry on 3 different occasions when I was almost put on the street due to the insurance adjuster playing god with my life and trying to decide if I was worth for another extension. ***** was amazing and there every step of the way and dealt with my insurance agent who could care less if I was homeless with my children or not. ***** got the approvals I needed and was very caring and concerned when my insurance agent neglected to approve the last night. I ended up putting down my own credit card but again ***** was there to calm my fears and got me the reimbursement I needed after fighting my insurance agent yet again. ************************* your determination to make sure your customers are taking care of and you helped get me through the most difficult time of my life. I was mentally distraught and you brought peace in those moments of fear and the unknown road ahead. Thank you CRS for your help. I WOULD ABSOLUTELY recommend them to anyone in need of temporary housing!Review from Brent W

My home was damaged during Hurricane ***. My wife called the insurance company and they had CRS try and find us a hotel since we were without power and would be for at least three weeks. They called and said they found us a hotel but it was 338 miles from my home. I could not be that far away as I was having contractors come to my home to tarp the roofs on my house, garage and shed. my wife told the lady on the phone we were not going and even exchanged a text message with them stating the same. CRS billed my insurance company ****** dollars for the hotel we did not accept. This is fraud.CRS Temporary Housing Response

I would actually not give any stars .Last Oct 2020 my house had extensive water damage my insurance company Allstate (awful) put me in an ******************* we were there about 2 months when I got a phone call from a man named **** who said he was working with a company CRS and would like to find us a house since it would be cheaper and since are house wouldn't be done for approximately 9months. We had 3 senior pitbulls at the time and we only looked at 2 property's when Pa insisted that we take the one because landlords don't want't that breed of dog in there rentals .So we were basically for ** to move on Christmas Eve mind you I had all my decorations up as best as I good in the space we had.So yes Christmas Eve we had to move all are stuff to this rental I pleased that my dogs all had arthritis and the steps were not something that were good at the time they were very steep and slippery Myself fell and slid down the multiple times .So next The neighbors 4 kids that were awful misbehaving no supervision from the mother started destroying are stuff scratches on myoms car scratches on mine painted profanitys on my porch always on my side of the porch .I said nothing because I am not confrontational.I let theses kids in my house I gave them food almost daily soda freeze pops cookies even clothes .To make a long story short I noticed I giant dent on my car and the next day I'm looking out the window and see the oldest boy throwing rocks up in the air watching them land on the car .Soy daughter 13 yr old yelled out the window stay away from the car before I kick your ***.Well the mom starts screaming and yelling come outside b**** so I do trying to explain I'm yelling too only to gety point across and she calls the cops .So **** calls me and talks to me like a dog telling me to shut and listen and just total disrespect I asked to speak to his boss and he tellse I'm the boss .So I call the next day theain line and find out nodoby even knows who **** is .My point is we were forced into a property we didn't want to move to we were told go live on the street if u don't like it by who **** .Don't go with ****************** because they affiliated and handle all the housing and don't care were they put you .I have photos of garbage this lady has on her porch we went from are nice clean home that we paid homeowners insurance for for 22 years the best policy may I add never had to use it and then first time something happens well this is the treatment.
