Hello,I have travelled to Arizona 1+ times per month for the past 6 years and stay at a variety of ************ properties. Three weeks ago, I stayed at the Arizona Biltmore (Aug 24 - 26) in the main building on the 3rd floor. The room was wonderful.I went back again, last week (Aug 30 - Sept1) and reserved the main building again (I recently had neck surgery and was worried about a long walk with luggage). After waiting for **************************** the 2 gals at the front desk told me that there were no rooms available in the main building -- that I would be staying in the "Paradise Wing". I told them that I am a Diamond member and when I booked the hotel I was told I would be in the main building again. The two unprofessional and seemingly untrained employees at the desk told me that there was no room available in the main building.I have been a Diamond member for many years and have stayed at many nice hotels but I felt like I was stepping back in time, as I walked into my room. Everything was totally different from my stay last week. The air conditioner wouldn't keep the room cook, light on the desk didn't work, the refrigerator wouldn't close, the bathroom products were different than the week before, they even provided different water bottles from one week to the next. What was really upsetting, is that someone entered my room even though I had a "Do not disturb" sign up on the door for 3 nights. Surely that is a compliance issue?!.I decided to contact customer service to make sure they were aware of the issue. I literally spent at least 30 minutes searching for a place to provide feedback. Oh sure, if you put "Customer Support" in the search bar, it lets you think you can enter all of the information (dates, hotel, Hilton Honors #, complaint) but when you try to hit submit - you get a Captcha Error, which still shows up today!************************************************ ****** Honors # ********* Phone: ************ Address: *****************************************************************
