There are multiple issues occurring with this business. I worked for them for a matter of 8 months. 5 months in the year 2021 and 3 months into the new year of 2022. My W-2 from them was only reflecting what I made in the first 3 months of my employment with them since they had ADP as their payroll company. They stopped using ADP and began writing hand written checks for the last 2-3 months of the year 2021. Now my taxes are inaccurate since they issued me a W-2 to me that only reflected those 3 months and not the remaining 2 months of 2021. On top of all this, every check I received would bounce from insufficient funds. On top of that, we were always paid a week after the initially pay period deadline. I am currently dealing with them withholding funds from me. Two pay checks I have yet to receive and requested to pick up and retrieve multiple times taking over 5 weeks.Initial Complaint

The Staff at the restaurant are not getting paid. And when checks are issued ***** ********** says insufficient funds. This is 3rd bad pay checkS. 6 weeks with out pay. They sell liquor also.
