Our Flooring was installed and finished May of 2021. We paid ***** and her company $8,051.62 to removed our included house tile and lay new flooring in our house. When the work was completed the flooring job was ok but the way they left our house was a mess and we have to have the bottom level repainted and floor boards completely re done. We were ok with all of that because the flooring looked ok and we wanted to move in. But the issue came over the next several months as the flooring started to lift all over the house. We reached out to ***** the owner via text, email, and phone with little to no response. After months of no answer a mutual business friend had to help get ahold of her just so we could get a response back from *****. She reluctantly sent her installer out to check out the flooring. They tried to point the finger at the manufacture and let us know they would get that company to come take a look at the flooring as it needed to be replaced. This was all within the 1 year warranty period. But again since that in person meeting we have yet to hear back from ***** even though we have tried to reach out again via text, email, and phone. They have done absolutely nothing to resolve their issue and we are just looking to get this fixed. Thank youBusiness response

A claim has been initiated with the manufacturer of the product they are complaining about. The company this was ordered from will do the product warranty inspection. **************** will be notified when an independent inspector has been scheduled.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Hello,Just called and spoke on the phone but can this get re-opened please? Business has not followed thru with their promise and nothing has been resolved. Will have to go to the *** if nothing continues to get resolved. Thank you for all your helpInitial Complaint

Arizona Discount Flooring installed wood flooring in my bedrooms. They did not finish the job but promised they would return to complete the finishing touches. They never did but promised to pay me $200 to hire a contractor as a compromise. I've followed up with the business twice and still have not been paid, more than two months after they laid the floors.Business response
