I purchased a motorcycle tire from cycle gear. Cycle gear is the only ones that provide a warranty or road hazard on their motorcycle tires. I paid $385 for the tire. And requested for the road hazard warranty. I got a nail in the tire after a month of having the tire on the motorcycle. I then went back to the same location to have them either replace or warranty the tire. I was informed that I did not get the warranty on the tire and that since it was not on that transaction from the original purchase they could absolutely do nothing for me. I then had to buy another $385 tire. I told the manager why would I pay that much for a tire and not get the warranty on it! Your the only shop that offers the warranty on motorcycle tires. The tier was on my bike for maybe 700 miles. I always get the tire warranty it's only 20 extra dollars for it on a 385 dollar tire. I called the other cycle gear location and made sure I had the warranty on the front tire which I do. The manager then tried to overcharge me for the replacement tire and a different employee looked over and told him your charging him wrong and lowered the price by 15 dollars. I don't believe I was talking with the manager after that. I told the so called manager this is the only company that offered the tire warranty and not getting that warranty is not right. I always get that on my tiers. But they just said it's not in the computer so you have to buy a new one.so ****** turn into ******. I could understand if I had the tier for a year then went in but it was purchased on 4-14-24 I went to replace it on 5-24-24. I always get the warranty but the guy didn't put it in there computer and they didn't care about anything but selling a new tire. I should be reimburse the 385 extra that I had to spend on a new tire because of their error.
