On June 27th I purchased a membership for AutoAgent's life insurance lead campaign services. This upfront cost was two parts. The first is the cost of the platform or CRM which included guarantees of ******************************************************* there would be no charge for the platform ($497/month). The second was an advanced purchase of leads that were priced at $75 per lead. I purchased 10 in advance for a total cost of $750 for the leads. So all together I have to this point invested $1247 into this lead resource company. When I originally was looking to sign up I was told that the first leads would start to populate to my CRM by the first or second week of July. I had one lead that was scheduled and then canceled on the 7th of July. Since that point, I have received zero leads. I have emailed them and texted them on a regular basis with little result. Each time early on I was told to stay patient the leads are coming, but no result. Finally, on August 1st I received notice that due to their Meta campaign crashing there would be no leads for potentially another ***** days. At this point, I have sent numerous requests about getting at least a partial refund of my investment while they work out the issues they are having. If I get a response it is cryptic and avoids answering the question. As a customer, if you can't deliver a paid-for in advance product in the time frame promised, I should be able to get my money back and they are only saying this is possible after the campaign relaunches in 60 days.
