      January 26,2024 9:43pm Me and my daughter-in-law entered the business to order some subs. No employee was visible. One Hispanic female came out of door located towards the bathroom and entered the lobby. Another Hispanic female came from another back room. She proceeded to say that the subway was closed. Looking in the area where the items are located nothing was there. I then asked how is that possible that the store is closed and its only 9:43pm and it say the store closed at 10pm. Then my ************** asked why is the door unlocked if your closed. I then asked for the store number and managers name the second female behind the counter stated ****** it! I then proceeded to say no you can give me the number to the store and the name of the store manager. She then disappeared and the first female stated that the manger said they had to be clocked out by 10:15pm. I then stated ok its not your fault if the manager told you that ***************** closed at ten. Someone needs to know because that aint fair to me as a consumer nor its fair to you. The first female appeared and stated that the manger will be there in the morning named ****. I then stated I have been in customer service over 25 years if some ask for the store number and managers name you are entitled to give it to them. She then said I cant give the personal number to the manager. I said no the store number . She proceeded to say she dont know it. I let her know that if you call off sick who do you call she said my manager cell phone. I then said wow thats ridiculous and we proceeded to walk out and I let them know that I will be in touch with the BBB because this isnt customer service and maybe someone needs more training on what they need to know and do. Once we left I did call back to the store to ask female number two what is your name she then said she cant give me that . I said yes first name last initial only . She states no and my manager wont be in this weekend oh ok and I hung up.
