ordered shutters8/2/21. was given 12 weeks to completion .should have bee end of oct.when I call on a weekly basis they tell me still in production. when ask to check with the supplier they calin cant. now they claim dont know where ithey are located. was told this were made in ************** nears *******. I specifically asked as only wanted an American made product. now they not know where the factory is. when I went to the location today the showroom is empty and locked. . appears no one around. when check baggies list they advise the business has not enabled messages. . and refers you to other types of business. believe I will never see my shutters or my deposit back beware of this business to future customers . they have changed their advertising in the past week. to delete the 30 % sale. would like to get my. deposit returned. as have owned 11 homes and never had a problem with anything like this .

Hello,
The customers contract states a minimum of 12 weeks for production and was advised will most likely be longer due to Covid, supply chain and shipping issues. Customer was given updates to the best of our abilities whenever she called in. All of our customers orders are running late and sometimes updates are not available. We apologize to all of our customers as we know these delays are undesirable, but unfortunately something we simply can not control.
We are not sure where the customer went to conclude our office is empty as we are still working out of our corporate office. As of this moment this customers order is due to be completed by the end of next week and we will contact her as soon as it is ready for installation. Thank you.
