Purchased solar panels from Erus Energy just found out that they have declared bankruptcy in 2023. Was trying to contact them because panels are not working and electrical bill is outrageously high. I'm questioning the validatity of my out standing contract that I'm still paying for. Should I be stuck paying for something that is not working.

Purchased solar panels from **** Energy in 2018. Have had several issues over the years. Now my roof is damaged and I need to have it repaired and was told to contact the solar company directly to have the panels removed for the roof repair however, I have been informed that they have filed bankruptcy. I have no way to reach anyone to have the solar panels removed. Am I insurance company says they will not get involved as the solar company is a third-party. In addition, I have contact the loan company who finance the solar panels and they refused to assist, but only want to collect the money. I need help to get these panels off of my home and no one seems to be able to help.

Was met with a salesman for the company who sold me and my then partner on the solar panels that **** offers. Went through the paperwork to finalize everything. Did not hear back from the salesman for several months. My partner and I split for other reasons and she was left with the house. I was then contacted to schedule a day for installation. I explained that there was no communication for months and assumed that the process was not to move forward. I explained that I did not want the panels installed as I had moved on from the house and no longer lived there. I explained that my ex-partner would be the one to decide whether an installation was something she wanted and it would need to be on her behalf. The representative understood and removed me from the file. Or so I was told. I recieved more calls regarding the same thing. After some time, I was contacted by a manager who explained that they had panels ready for installation. I could choose to pay a fee for the work they had done, or agree to have the panels transferred to my ex-partner. I was threatened with the expenses being taken to a collection agency had I not given a response then and there. I agreed but asked that my ex-partner be the point of contact from there on out. This has not happened. The panels were installed and have not worked since being installed. I feel I have been scammed and would like for these panels to be removed from the home and my debt released. **************** has been of no help as my calls get dropped.

We entered an agreement with Erus Energy for our solar power in *******, ** back in August 2023. Planning seemed to run smoothly until November, when we were no longer getting updates on the final stages of our project. The text messages to our project manager and scheduler went unanswered and phone calls to the company were met with a recorded message re: a "technical difficulty". Last week we were notified our first loan payment will be due this month regardless of whether the solar is operational or not. Yesterday I Googled the company to see they went bankrupt early November. There has been NO communication from Erus.We are now left with no solar power, no operational certificate to use for our tax deduction (which was supposed to save us thousands of dollars), and now we are paying a high electricity bill AS WELL as a monthly payment for an expensive project that was not completed. We feel absolutely sick at our decision to use **** and the thought of where this is going to leave us financially is terrifying. We can only hope for some kind of resolution between Erus and the loan company so that the job is completed and the monthly payment prorated so that we an avoid our own financial crisis.

I purchased solar panels for my home from this company. 5 years ago, about 1 year ago. A part on the solar stop working. And my solar is not pushing out any power to the power company. So I am paying for the full Powerbill and the solar panels themselves. I have been trying to contact this company for someone to come out for months now. I have left them multiple phone calls and voicemails. I'm not yet received anything yet not even a answer

Erus Energy has failed to complete the solar panel installation as promised in the documents and conversations (process started in June of 2023). They postponed the installation a total of six times. In early November (11/2/2023), a company electrician came to my home and started the process, but did not complete the job, stating that he needed additional parts to complete the electrical portion of the job. Ever since the electrician came, a large portion of my home has an electrical overload and have since been without electricity for that portion of my home (a hallway, my home office, a large bedroom, and a storage area). I work from home and have since had to move my operations to another portion of my home that has functioning electricity. Come to find that Erus Energy has terminated their employees and now are not answering their phone calls nor their emails. I took out a loan to pay for the equipment and now the loan company wants to start charging me despite the fact that I do not have functioning solar panels. I would like to have someone call me so that I can have the project completed and be able to have my electricity fixed.

We bought our solar system from Erus Energy a few years ago, and we are now experiencing issues with some of the panels not working, I called Erus back in August of this year (2023) and paid the service fee to have someone come check it, someone came and said everything was good but by the second day the problem continued, so I called them back, this time it took weeks before someone was able to come back, I had to do multiple follow up calls because their customer service is the WORST! Now we are in November they won't even answer the phone, I have tried multiple times for the last 2 weeks and I can't get anyone to help me. I regret doing business with this company.

I have been having issues with the solar panels since they were installed and the issue continues. Erus Energy refuses to come and fix the problem, one of the panels is under producing and now the system keeps blowing the fuses which I have to keep buying. Enphase Technical support confirmed that the panel is causing the issue. I just want the system to be working properly since they are very expensive equipment
