            I was contacted by Brilliant Minds Solar company who is contracted through USA Solar Networks for solar panel installation. I had the solar panels installed a couple months ago and everything is going fine with those. However, in the contract with Brilliant Minds, they were to install a tankless water heater for getting solar panels through them. Unfortunately, Brilliant Minds is refusing to install the tankless water heater until paid by *** Solar. After contacting the installer, they have already paid *** Solar for the contract and *** Solar is holding out on paying their employees. Go Green Solar, who installed the solar panels, have had several problems with *** Solar in paying their employees. I would like *** Solar to pay their employees so I can get my job finished and move on.

            USA Solar Networks is very unprofessional and will take your money and rip you off. We paid $40,471 for a solar system and once we signed our contract they down graded our solar panels were purchased twice on us due to availability issues we were told . Project was promised to be completed in a two month period , after 3 months we were told another 51 day waiting period. They promised to pay our electric bills in full if project wasnt t completed in a 2 month period but never reimbursed us for our bills. Once they ghosted us on our electric bills we requested to stop the project and get a refund , once that happens they stopped answering our phone calls and told ** they would get ** our money back when they get like it! We now have to get the ************************ involved and have seemed legal counsel. Consumers be **** this company will lie to your face and treat you like garbage. ********************* is the *** and is unprofessional, disrespectful and sexist. He said he would only talk to my husband but I am the signer of ALL the contracts .
