I signed contract with Cheetah Solar in 2022 and after many hiccups with their installer Titan Solar, system started working in September 2022. In beginning of June 2024, I started receiving emails from SolarEdge that something is not working correctly. I called Cheetah Solar support number on June7. Their representative called me and inform that Titan Solar will contact me. On June 11 I received email from Titan Solar stating that everything is working and they inquired for screen shots. I tried to call Titan Solar and explain situation. I was transferred to voice mail of *****************************. I left message and also replied on email. Unfortunately my email returned as undeliverable. I tried 3 more times with same result. Then I called Titan Solar and now their number is not in use anymore. I called again Cheetah Solar and left 3 times message but no response received. I paid total around ******** $ for solar system and now it is not producing even a half of expected energy which shows on SolarEdge monitoring application. I also monitor daily cost of energy on APS application and every day my cost and expected payment to APS is increasing although we are currently on vacation out of State. I really do not know what to do, who to call for diagnostics and repair based on warranty tegulation.Initial Complaint

We went through cheetah solar. To put a unit with batteries on my house from the beginning it's been a headache I canceled several times the owner called me and gave me a documentation that they would pay for anything at comes up with the cost of the solar system will they had to buy a meter which the representative ******* said they had so we agreed to the installation after installation me and my wife was informed that they did not have the meter and it's on backorder so we're paying for a system that we can't use if the representative would have said that they did not have the meter we would not move forward with installation I sent you guys text messages where the representative told me they had the meter and the installation date was 7-Eleven I need some help we've been going through this stuff for almost a year again we need some help don't know what to doBusiness response

I sent an email to ********************* as I was directed to via email. Here is a portion of what I sent to him: **** limit doesn't provide much room for explanation so this is just a portion of it.
****************** has been kept in the loop of all of the happenings with his account. His utility San ******, is a small utility that is barely getting any solar activity. The utility itself doesn't have any solar net meters in stock. We have been searching high and low to help ****************** find a meter. It has taken quite some time for his project. Some things to point out.
- ****************** has an open line to our operations support team. That team, along with his Solar Energy Advisor, *************************, have been keeping ****************** in the loop about all the challenges that providing him with solar in utility has been.
- The installer in charge of processing the project had a couple of delays in designs having to be corrected, which he was informed about each time.
- When I spoke with him on the phone a couple months ago, he seemed very understanding when I explained how inadequate his utility company is with regard to solar installation communication.Initial Complaint

100% of all the work was through Titan Solar. I was told that Titan was ONLY the Brand Name of Solar Panels being installed. If I had known that, I would have worked directly with Titan Solar and saved a considerable amount of money. My Solar system is still not finished. I am now paying on my Solar Loan and still Paying my utility ****. This company will do and say whatever it takes, then leave you high and dry.Business response

This customer's system has been working since December. The homeowner called into the installation partner, Titan Solar Power, and verified with him that his system is working correctly and producing, as it should. This customer was also given compensation to help pay those bills until his system was turned on. Everything is working properly with this account.
