I purchased two Cargo Worthy Forty Foot Storage Units for $3,500.00 a piece on 3/25/2024 with a ship date of 4/03/2024. I paid for the containers in full. As of today, the containers have not been delivered and the company is avoiding my calls when I try to reach out to them to get an update. On 9/20/2023 I paid an invoice for $3400.00 to Affordable Storage Containers for a 20 ft. Storage container. The delivery date was supposed to be Wednesday 9/27/2023 between 3-5pm. No call, no show. I took the day off work to be there. I texted *****,owner, he replied the next day apologizing ,offering a new delivery date or refund. I requested a refund. He said he would process the refund on Friday and would send me a confirmation. Never received it. Now he won't answer my calls or respond to my texts. Please help.Initial Complaint

I buy a container from Affordable Storage Containers LLC on May 9, 2023 and arrived to my place close to 2pm. Once the container was delivered and placed, I notice one door dont closed properly and the deliver guy (*****) contact his bus *****. ***** offer me a discount of $200 off from the total purchase price of $4,800 and he also offered me to send someone to fix the door on Wednesday 5/10/23. I write a check of $4,600 to settle the purchase. I was waiting for him at the container place and also send few text messages but he dont respond. I decided to called the bank and request to stop the check #**** because I have the impression that he will run away without fixing the door (I have proof of all his text messages in case you need). Today 5/12/23, ***** told me I have to deal with his attorney due to a written a bounce check and that is a illegal and a criminal action, but he forgot that also is illegal to selling bad things to a consumer, it count as fraudulent activities. I called the ****************** to order a Criminal Standby officer due to the place where I locate the container told me that he cant take anything if I am not in present. ***** denied to tell me at what time he will pick the container and he said that if the people from where the container is, then he will called the police. Personally, I think he knows how to do business s******* consumers to take more money from them.Initial Complaint

On January 20 We paid $9,250.10 in advance for a new storage container to be deliver on January 29. I rented a piece of equipment to help with movement of container . "No show no call" . On Jan 31 i was able to communicate with ***** the owner, but was a very short conversation about the excuse of the driver had a ************ the owner was out of town & that he was going to call me back next day to reschedule or refund my account.I receive no call I tried calling & messages, but no luck until February 6 when I was promised refund for the rented equipment & $625 discount on container & the new delivery date of Feb 12.February 12 was no show no call.Please helpCustomer response

On September 22, 2021, I saw an ad on ******** Marketplace for a used 40 ft. shipping container from Affordable Storage Containers LLC. I placed an order and paid for it that same day. The company emailed me an invoice confirming my payment. I was promised a delivery date of 9/25, but that day came and went with no-call/no-show. I called the company and was promised a new delivery date of 9/27, but they were no-call/no-show again. I called again and was promised a partial refund of $500 and a new delivery date of 9/29, but once again they were no-call/no-show and no partial refund to my account. I called again and asked for a full refund and was promised one right away. I received an invoice via email, but it didn't say I was refunded, it said my balance with them was zero. Here we are weeks later, and they still have my $6,200 and they haven't delivered anything except empty promises. PLEASE HELP.
