They did a beautiful job. Their employees were so professional polite they cleaned up after they were done. They did amazing job on repairing the stucco and overall I was just very happy with the finished product and this company.

We just had most of our windows and our arcadia door replaced with new windows from Energy Shield and we are very happy with the final product. The employees worked their tails off in 105-degree and hotter heat to install the windows and they look beautiful and our home is cooler with the more energy efficient windows. The pricing was much lower than larger national companies like Renewal by ******** and ***** but the work they did is just as good. They also offered a competitive warranty that is better than some of the other more well known window companies. We highly recommend Energy Shield. Excellent from start to finish. Salesperson was knowledgeable and engaging. Office connection was seamless and I especially liked the follow up *************** men were on time, and worked efficiently to complete the job. Friendly and courteous. Even with a slight language barrier we both understood each other. **** returned to fix stucco wall beneath new sliding glass door. I am so disappointed with the work that Energy Shield Window and Door Company has provided. They put the windows and doors in July 29th, 2020, but I didn't notice signs of poor work done till October 6, 2022. The caulking around the window loosened and didn't provide an air tight seal. There was water intrusion signs under the bedroom windows. I never saw ***** after the last payment on the windows was given to him. He never cared enough to come and over-see his crew and be responsible for the work being done. I feel, I paid : $11,360 to have shoddy workmanship. If you have any second thoughts about using this company, let that be an intuitive thought.
