09/27/2022 $60 deposit -Committed to providing a tattoo at the time of 5 pm as scheduled.-I arrived on time. Artist let me know he was running behind when I arrived. I sat and waited for 30 minutes without any other communication or r updates from the artist before leaving. At the hour mark ** pm), he messaged me to let me know he was done. I was not able to wait or come back as I have children and didnt have the time at that point. Which is the reason I scheduled for 5pm, which I had specifically asked for in email communication prior to the appointment.-I emailed the artist asking for a refund of my $60 since him being late is not a fault of mine. He rejected my request and said all deposits are non-refundable and I didnt reach out to him after I left, which I did.-Deposit was sent via Venmo Payments between friends transaction ID *******************
