I purchased the starter kit. I used the gold pen, which has the higher concentration of the serum. Within a week I noticed my teeth getting whiter. I then used the silver pens, which has the lesser concentration of the serum. I would highly recommend a person to give it a try. It's reasonably priced compared to other products on the market. I would use the gold pen first, then the silver pen for maintenance. The only negative I have, is there was no instructions in the kit on how to work the pen. How much serum should be on the brush. For example, I did two turns on the pen, until I saw the serum at the bottom of the brush. I would also like a recommendation in the instructions on how often I should use the product.Review from Gilot

This is an outstanding company. They still respond personally to customers and treat customers with kindness and value them even after sale. My mouthpiece had stopped working but I was dealing with bereavement so by the time I came to use the mouthpiece and realised it had been a long time since purchase. **************** still responded to my email and immediately sent me a replacement as well as a free dental floss. It was so unbelievably kind particularly since I live in the **. With things being hard it meant more to me than they could imagine. The product also works amazing. My sister originally bought it for me and has been using hers for a while, her teeth are really white. I recommend both the product and the amazing company.Review from Nicolette O

Hi everyone, I just wanted you to know I've been using Snow whitening for over a year.. I was skeptical at first. I wasn't sure if it would work..Man I was so surprised with just the first use I could see a big difference. After a couple weeks I wasn't embarrassed to smile in public. This stuff really works and for me no sensitivity at all. And one more thing the customer service is great. They go out of there way to help in any way.Review from John W

Do not buy from this company. You cannot get a live person to talk to. We are billed $42.99 every month and we do not want the product. It says you can cancel anytime but you cannot. It is automatically coming off our credit card. We have filed a dispute with the credit card company and they do not seem able to help.Review from lee h

I have been very disappointed in whitening products in the past and was hesitant to try snow and pay that kind of price. After a week of using the extra strength gel, I noticed a huge difference. You will absolutely be happy with snow and LOVE the fact that people will be saying how white your teeth are.Review from Jackie E

Let me say that this company is top-notch. The toothbrush's performance exceeds all expectations! Yes, my teeth are whiter than ever but more importantly, I love how clean my teeth feel after brushing. It is the best toothbrush I've ever had, and believe me, I've been searching for a great toothbrush for some time now.I use their toothpaste, the white strips, the brush-on gel, and the whitening mouth guard. Their customer service is wonderful. I reached out to them twice, and they responded promptly and immediately addressed my issues.I am a happy camper with Snow. I tell all my friends about the toothbrush and accessories, so it's only fair I share it with you! You're going to love this company and their products.

I bought the diamond white strips and the diamond brush on gel with the light. I have only used them both a few times each so far and my teeth are almost one shade whiter. The products did not cause any sensitivity like other brands have.SNOW Cosmetics LLC Response

They are scammers. IMPOSSIBLE to talk to the customer service, when you call, it automatically hangs up when you ask for a real person instead of the computer voice. I paid the fees for delivery and got double charge the fees of 30 bucks. 60 dollars for a 60 dollars order. IT IS RIDICULOUS. Trying to tell them, they say the fee don't cover everything. What are they talking about? I got s*** sent from ***** that were like 200 hundred dollars and never had to pay 60 dollars fees for delivery! Why would I pay 60 buck a delivery that is for a 60 dollar product that weight maybe 200 grams? Oh and they told me to contact the delivery service, but ALSO told them to abandon the package, so they didn't want the product back, cause then, they don't have to reimburse me. I wrote maybe 10 e-mails, spend HOURS trying to solve the problem and they don't give a ****, don't answer or tell me to resolve the problem myself. ********. ********.SNOW Cosmetics LLC Response
