I have been here for two weeks and i have had three prople walk in my room on my son and on me when my room was still in extention one time that it happened they upgraded my room the last time it happened and the house keeper came in my room did not knock when she heard my voice she closed the door then knocked she had no cleaning supplys and a backpack the security guard that was on site and adv that is a breech of my privacy because my room was still active and not in check out i was supposed to hear back and never did ***** ever spoke about it again the hotel moved us rooms and gave me a key to someone else hotel and i walked in on them now they have over drafted my account and charge my card 800 dollars and i have been waiting to speak with a manager this is rediculous i am african american and i feel i am being miss treated if this occurred with a cacasan person they would have been giving them rooms for a week free this is rediculous and a breech of my privacyInitial Complaint

My parents are timeshare owners and every time that we have visited that property for the last 3 months we have been nothin but harassed by the front desk workers By the names of ***** Breezy ****** and ****** also managers *********************** and the general ***************************** and security guards ***** and ****** as soon as we arrive these front desk employees are making comments to us and laughing to each other right in our faces for example I was a renter underneath my parents owner ship I went to check in breezy looks up the reservation she looks at me and says so your ************ I replied so what is that surpose to mean she says nothing and that ******** had a message for me.If I or my parents ask for a early check in ****** always lets us know that the rooms are all dirty and shell call us when something is available so I decided to go up there and ask one of the housekeepers if there were any rooms clean of course there was so I set in the lobby everyone else who had early check ins where able to get an early check in and I never got a call back at all. I had made another reservation and extended my stay talked with the night time auditor to let her know that I extended my reservation and would like to stay in the same room she let me know that was fine and shes not outing my room in the audit and she was leaving a note in the system and that she was going to brief ****** at 6 am when she comes in 10:43 am ****** and ****** had to big security guards at my door saying they where sent by front desk . ***** I asked if there was an attic in the bathroom on all the units because I noticed a big white metal rectangular box on the ceiling of the bathrooms Her and ****** begin laughing and ***** replied huh...what ...am I hearing you right do you have an accent girl I dont know what you talking about you gone have to take a picture and show me. If I ask for anything while any of the people I named are on I know its not coming I usually have to bring my own products.
