I dropped my friend off to pick up her car and the employees were running around in an unprofessional manner with balloons for the helium. When I mentioned it to an employee as I was leaving he leaned on my personal property and began making threats at me when I told him to get off my vehicle. He said he's not on the clock and what am I going to do about it. I told him he's still on the clock because he's putting things away for the night. He decided to head back to go clock out so he could fight me, which was no where near my intention or a good way to end the night. The manager then proceeded to back up his crew even though the employee was still making visual threats towards me. I felt beyond threatened and unsafe. The manager protecting his employees actions is appalling. His interest is in his employees and not the business he's running. It's unprofessional in every sense of the word. I never had an issue with Big o Tires until now. What would have happened if the manager hadn't decided to stroll outside to smoke a cigarette? He told me I was making a scene even after I had politely done all of this. No yelling or anything. They also parked their company vehicle extremely close to my truck making it difficult to get in. Unsafe is not something I like feeling, just making mention of an issue that is unprofessional. And then to be asked if I work there or if I am a customer by the manager, only to them tell me to leave. I'm a mechanic of 12 years, that was disgusting. Horseplay was never allowed around customers, so why should it now? Shame on you ********** work done was a little expensive however for a rim and a tire. So sad to see this shop be removed from my recommendation list to my mobile mechanic customers that I can't get to right away. I never got any names, I do not care to either at this point. Someone is going to get hurt by that guy one of these days.
